Application Form. The Application Form will be activated on 28th November, 2024 at 11.00 AM and will remain active until 20th December, 2024 till 2.00 PM.
Online Registration Process
✽ Read the instructions carefully.
✽ Fill the form and submit online ONLY. This form will be registered ONLY after an
online payment of Rs. 25 has been successfully remitted. Please take a print out of the
registration receipt and a copy of the filled out application form.
✽ ONLY Shortlisted candidates would be invited to the Vidyalaya for the
verification of documents. They will be given a specific Day, Date and Time for the
verification of the documents. This will be notified on the Vidyalaya's Website as well as
on the notice board on 24th December, 2024 by 4.00 PM.
General Instructions
✽ Registration for admission to Pre-School will be done
for children born between 1st March, 2021 and
31st March,
2022.
✽ Please note that registration of the Application Form does not entitle or
guarantee
admission to an applicant.
✽ ONLY parents of shortlisted applicants will be called to verify the claims made in the
admission form and , thereafter , offered admission depending on the number of seats in the category
applied for and the number of points secured.
✽ Shortlisted candidate will have to bring 'all original documents' in support of the claims made in
the application form AND for submission, two self-attested copies of each of the document relied upon, for verification at the time of interaction / verification of documents.
✽ No further opportunity will be available. Application may not be
processed / points may not be considered IF THE DOCUMENTS ARE NOT DULY VERIFIED.
✽ ADMISSION CAN BE DENIED IF DOCUMENTS ARE NOT VERIFIED.
✽ Shortlisting does not entitle or guarantee admission to an applicant.
List of Documents Required
✽ All Parents will need to provide, Proof of Identity and Proof of Address.
Group I : Both parents will be required to submit at least one document each from the following group as proof of identity (Only one address proof required in the case of Single Parent). Any of the documents may be provided, such as, Passport/Voter ID /Aadhar card (one document from this group - as proof of identity) by each parent.
AND
Parents would be required to submit
any one of the following listed below as proof of residence.
Group II : Currently active utility bill for the three months or a current bank statement(for at least the last three months).
Some of the indicative documents which can be considered as proof of residence of
parents/child:
a) Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of the
child)
b) Voter I-Card(EPIC) of any of the parents
c) Electricity Bill/MTNL telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the
parents or child.
d) Aadhar Card/UID card issued in the name of the Parents
Further documents that are required would be,
✽ Proof of Alumni
✽ Proof of Sibling
✽ Proof of First Born
✽ Proof for applying in the Gujarati category
✽ Proof for applying in the Inclusive Education category
✽ Proof for applying in the EWS category
Applicants will be shortlisted based on the points acquired in the admission criteria and
will be offered admission in the order of points. In case the number of applicants with the same
points is more than the number of seats, a draw of lots will be conducted.
✽ NO TELEPHONIC OR PERSONAL INQUIRIES WILL BE ENTERTAINED
REGARDING THE
STATUS OF ANY APPLICATION.
✽ Admission will be valid only if the applicable fees and charges are paid in full by the
prescribed date, together with necessary documents/certificates and on completion of all other
required formalities.
✽Offer of admission does not mean an automatic allocation / availability of seat on the
School Bus.
Bus facility is subject to availability of seats / route in the
particular bus. Requests for relocation of a Bus Stop or extension/diversion
of the bus route will NOT be entertained.
✽ Every year, the Vidyalaya receives more applications than the number of seats
available.
Therefore, if an applicant is unable to secure a seat, it is in no way a reflection of his/her
calibre.
✽ In any matter regarding admission, its process or the formalities, the decision of the
Vidyalaya will be final.
