Please note that NO OTHER communication in the form of a letter, e-mail, SMS or telephone call will be used for intimation to any individuals.

  Application Process

Consists of the following Stages:

1. Filling up 2. Submission and payment 3. Verification process 4. Payment of fees

Stage 1: Filling-up of the Registration of Application Form online, ensuring proper uploading of the necessary / required documents.

Stage 2: After clicking on "I Accept and Submit" Button, applicants have to pay Registration Fee an amount of Rs. 25. After that the system will generate a Receipt along with Registration Form and will email the same to you at your registered Email ID.

Stage 3: SELF-ATTESTED REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE ONLINE FORM.

Shortlisted candidate will have to bring 'All original documents' AND for submission , two self-attested hard copies of documents for verification at the time of interaction / verification and admission CAN BE DENIED IF DOCUMENTS ARE NOT VERIFIED.

✽ All Parents will need to provide, Proof of Identity and Proof of Address.

Group I : Both parents will be required to submit at least one document each from the following group as proof of identity (Only one address proof required in the case of Single Parent). Any of the documents may be provided, Passport/Voter ID /Aadhar card (one document from this group - as proof of identity) by each parent.

AND

Parents would be required to submit any one of the following listed below as proof of residence.

Group II : Currently active utility bill for the three months or a current bank statement(for at least the last three months).

Some of the indicative documents which can be considered as proof of residence of parents/child:
a) Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of the child)
b) Voter I-Card(EPIC) of any of the parents
c) Electricity Bill/MTNL telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
d) Aadhar Card/UID card issued in the name of the Parents

Proof for applying in the Gujarati category
Proof for applying in the Inclusive Education category
Proof for applying in the EWS category

✽Applicants shortlisted for verification of documents are not guaranteed the right to Admission.

✽For the Alumnus, Board Mark sheet of class X/XII and proof of having studied at the Vidyalaya for a minimum of four years is required.
✽ Proof in support of claim made for Gujarati and/or Sibling or 'Inclusive Education' category.
✽ Kindly bring proof / supporting documents for any other claim(s) made in the Application Form, and self-attested photocopies of the same for verification on the given Day, Date and Time for documents verification.
✽ Documents will be verified only at the time of interaction / verification of documents. For this, a specific Day, Date and Time will be given to each applicant and no documents will be accepted by the Office /Staff after the appointed Day, Date and Time. Shortlisting does not entitle or guarantee admission to an applicant.
All claims including claims for the Gujarati category and Residential Address are subject to independent verification.
"Claims of "First Born" must be supported by an affidavit signed by both parents and attested by a Magistrate".

Stage 4:List of those applicants offered admission will be displayed on SPV website and the School Notice Board.

✽Fees and other Charges should be deposited as per the details given in the admission offer letter.
The Vidyalaya reserves the right to revise the FEES AND OTHER CHARGES.

  Instructions for Filling the Form

✽ Read all instructions carefully before filling the form.
✽ Incomplete/ incorrectly filled forms are liable to be rejected.
✽ Road distance from residence calculated as per Google Map to be entered.
✽ Google Map associated with the Registration form is only for assistance to the applicants. The choice of distance claimed is open to applicant and independent to the verification process of the Vidyalaya.
✽ There are fields available as text fields, check boxes and drop down. In these fields, Please select the option applicable to you.
✽ There are fields available as check boxes. In these fields, please place a tick mark against the option applicable to you.
✽ After filling the form, you are advised to go through the details once again and if all details are correct and all required documents have been uploaded (please note that no further documents will be accepted by the Vidyalaya), press the "I Accept and Submit" button. If you wish to erase old information, click on the data and retype / reselect the correct information.
✽ Once the form has been submitted and accepted by the system, you cannot make any changes to it.
✽ Submission of duplicate forms should be avoided as it will attract inconsistent responses.
✽After reading the procedure on these pages, please Click on the three conditions mentioned at the bottom of the page to activate the "I Accept" button to view the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.
✽ Fill the form with the necessary information. At the end of the form, there is an "I Accept and Submit" button. Click on the button once only. It takes time for the computer to process the information. On pressing "I Accept and Submit" button, the information you have provided shall be taken into the system. If any information is not provided by you, the system shall return the form to you, prompting you to fill in the same.
