ADMISSIONS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2026-27 FOR STD. V AND X (ONLY)

Admission to Std. X Criteria
1. Transfer cases only (outside Pune)
2. Grade 9th CBSE Board registration required.

Online Fee payment and caution money deposit through School ERP Edunext.

Important Dates :

V & X online registration for the AY 2026-27

Start date: Wednesday, 1st April ‘2026.

End date: Wednesday, 15th April ‘2026.

Admission Form Fee Rs. 1500/- (Rs. Fifteen Hundred only).

Level Readiness Test Date: Friday, 17th April ‘2026 (8.30am to 10.30am).

The Final list of selected students will be displayed on the school website on Monday, 20th April 2026 (12.00 noon).

Admission will be confirmed only after the meeting with the School Authorities, Payment of Fees and Refundable Deposit and submission of relevant documents at the school office on: 21st and 22nd April 2026 at 11.00 am.

Registration Process:

While registering, please enter the mother’s name and father’s name as per Aadhaar card.

While registering, the Primary Contact No. given by the parent will be considered for further communications.

The current address given by the parents will be considered for further communications.

After registration, parent shall pay the Application Form Fee of Rs. 1500/- (non-refundable). All payments should be made through Net banking, UPI, debit card or credit card only (no cash or cheque payments allowed).

*Taxes as per applicable laws.
*For Rupay Debit Cards and UPI transactions, Platform Fees comprises of zero MDR (in accordance with current regulations) and technology fees only.

Only after successful payment of form fee/Registration fee, parents shall fill the form (use laptop/desktop) and submit it online. The fields which are not applicable, please write N.A.

After successful payment of registration fee, a receipt will be generated.

Please fill the application form in upper case only (capital letters).

This application is invalid without the parent’s/guardian’s signature

Acceptance of application form does not guarantee admission.

Kindly upload the scanned copy of a recent passport size photo of the child and parent’s signature which is mentioned on the form. Also, upload the required documents such as scanned copy of birth certificate, Aadhaar card.

Admission Procedure:

After registration and payment of the Registration Fee, the candidate will be called for Level Readiness Test in the school on Friday, 17th April ‘2026 (8.30am to 10.30am) (English, Maths).

Admission of those whose names will appear on the final list of the selected students (displayed on the website on 20th April ‘2026) will be confirmed only after the meeting with the School Authorities, Payment of Fees and Refundable Deposit and submission of relevant documents on 21st and 22nd April 2026 at 11.00 am.

Submission of the documents in the school office at the time of Admission is mandatory.

2. Copy of Birth Certificate.
3. School Leaving Certificate of previous school.
4. Photocopy of Aadhaar card (student only).
5. Caste Certificate of student (if applicable).
6. Caste Certificate of Father (if student’s caste certificate is not available).

Imp. Note: The student’s name on the Admission form should be as per Birth Certificate/ Leaving Certificate and the Aadhaar card to avoid future complications. in UDISE portal.

If the process is not completed on the specified date, the seat will be offered to another candidate.

Refund and Cancellation Policy :

Refund Policy for Primary Tuition Fees, Term fees

Admission fee of Rs. 10,000/- will be non-refundable.

If admission is cancelled in the month of May, 80 % of Tution fee, Term fee and PTA Membership Fee will be refunded and 20% will be deducted.

If admission is cancelled in the month of June, 70% of Tution fee, Term fee and PTA Membership Fee will be refunded and 30 % will be deducted.

After June 30th, no amount of the fees will be refunded.

Fees once deposited will not be adjusted or Transferred under any circumstances.

Fees should be paid strictly as per the fee structure, within specified period.
