Dear Parent

As you are aware, cases of viral fever are on the rise during the rainy season. In the interest of the health and well-being of all students, parents are advised not to send their ward to school if the child is experiencing symptoms such as fever, headache, cough, cold, or general weakness. This precaution will help prevent the spread of infection and avoid any inconvenience to all concerned.

Dear Parent

Due to recent banking changes in compliance with RBI guidelines, some credit cards are currently not working for fee payments. This Issue has already been escalated to the concerned bank, and they are working to resolve it. As this is a banking related issue, it’s not associated with the school fee payment portal. If your credit card transaction is unsuccessful, we request that you contact your card – issuing bank/authority for assistance. If the issue is not resolved in time, please use an alternative payment method such as UPI, Net Banking, NEFT, RTGS, or Debit card through school portal to ensure that your ward school fees are paid before the due date.

Please note that the late payment charges will be applicable if the school fees is not received by the due date, regardless of the reason for the failed credit card transaction.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience, understanding and
cooperation.
