The Carpe diem program in school is an initiative to help students to pursue their 
passion and ‘Seize the Day’. We are glad to announce the commencement of 
Term I Sports Carpe Diem starting from Monday, 13th April 2026.  
The school is offering Sports Carpe Diem periods where students get an 
opportunity to hone their skills and talents for their all-round development.  
The students can choose any one of the optional sports (listed below) to pursue 
their interests or passions.

Annual Athletic Meet 

Dear Parents,  
Greetings! 

We are delighted to inform you that our ‘Annual Athletic Meet’ will be held on 
Wednesday, 8th April’26 at RVS Grounds from 8:30 am – 9:30 am. This event is a 
celebration of energy, enthusiasm, and sportsmanship, and provides our young 
learners with an opportunity to showcase their athletic talents. Various fun-filled 
races, drills, and team events have been planned for students across grades, 
reflecting their hard work and team spirit. 
We are pleased to invite you to join us for the Annual Athletic Meet. Please find 
enclosed the E-Invite for the event.  
Please note: 
1. Practices for the event are underway. Please ensure that your ward 
attends school regularly. 
2. On Wednesday, 8th April, school buses will operate only in the morning, 
an hour earlier than usual. The walker students are to be dropped to 
school by 7:20 am. 
3. Please ensure your ward has had a healthy breakfast before arriving. 
Packed meal boxes will be provided to students after their drill/ event. 
4. Parents to be seated in the school ground by 8:15 am. The event will begin 
at 8:30 am. 
5. Students will come dressed in their House Uniform/ Sports Day costume 
from home as instructed by the class teacher. 
6. Students who have qualified for the final leg of races will carry their 
House Uniform to change into before the races.  
Parking: 
1. Parking will be available at Gate No. 3. 
2. Entry for parents will be from Gate Nos. 2 and 3. 
3. To avoid traffic congestion and inconvenience, parents are advised to use 
cabs. 
Dispersal: 
1. After the event, students can be picked up from their respective 
greenrooms after the event.  
2. No child will be dispersed till the event concludes. 
We warmly welcome you, along with grandparents, friends, and family, to join us in 
cheering for our children. Your encouragement and presence mean the world to us and 
will undoubtedly make this celebration a memorable one.
