GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

THIS IS AN ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION FORM FOR CLASS XI (2022-23). PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE FILLING THE FORM

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. ONLINE REGISTRATION STARTS FROM 24th TO 29th FEBRUARY , 2022
2. Forms will not be available from the school.
3. After completing the application form, kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM Button and take the PRINT OUT ofall the documents.
4. Each form will be issued a unique Registration number after the submission of the Form.
5. The Registration Form may flicker to refresh. PLEASE WAIT. DO NOT REFRESH.
6. Do not press ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or MOUSE for the Same.
7. DO NOT fill more than one form.
8. All fields are mandatory. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
9. Please enter your correct mobile no. and email id for further communication.
10. Till processing is completed, do not enter or select any data in the Registration Form as it may lead to loss of entered/ selected data.
11. Please be patient if your internet connection is poor/ slow.
12. Submission of REGISTRATION FORM doesn't guarantee either admission or desired stream.
13. List of selected student and allotted streams will be displayed on school website as well as notice board on 25th March, 2022, by 2.00 p.m. (For both Indirapuram & Sahibabad Students)
14. Mandatory Orientation for the parents & students will be on 04th April, 2022 (Saturday)at 08.30 A.M. Students should come in Summer School Uniform.
15. Queries regarding the Stream list, process of admission, Fees, Books and Uniform can be clarified on the same day (04th April).
16. Stream change discussion will be entertained only after the Class X Result, depending upon the availability of seats and Percentage achieved.
17. Classes will begin on 15th April, 2022 (Wednesday).

CUT OFF GRADES FOR EACH STREAM

Science Stream with Maths : Grade A2 (81-90) aggregate & A2 (81-90) in Science & Maths

Science Stream with Biology : Grade A2 (81-90) aggregate and A2 (81-90) in Science

Commerce Stream with Maths : Grade B1 (71-80) aggregate & A2 (81-90) in Maths

Commerce Stream without Maths : Grade B1 (71-80) aggregate & B2 (61-70) in Maths

Humanities Stream : Grade C1 (51-60) in aggregate

* Half Yearly and Pre - Board Performances will be taken for the calculation of grades.

N.B: Students who wish to opt 6^th Subject can take only Physical Education.

Guidelines for INTERNAL STUDENTS (Students currently studying in St. Thomas School, Indirapuram)

1. Kindly fill your admission number as prompted.
2. Certain fields are auto filled and thus cannot be changed,please go through the details carefully as these details will not be changed later for registration purpose.
3. Please make sure that the child's name, Father's Name and Mother's name are correctly filled as in Class IX registration.
4. If in case, there are corrections required in auto filled details, please give the application with supporting documents required at FEE Counter. After correction of details in your records only, you will be able to proceed further registration.
5. There is NO FEE for Registration.

*DOCUMENTS TO BE SCANNED AND UPLOADED ALONG WITH REGISTRATION FORM.

1. STUDENT'S PHOTOGRAPH - PASSPORT SIZE. (Size below 500 KB)
2. Parent's Passport Size Photograph.(Size below 500 KB)
3. SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable) to be submitted.
4. Residence proof. (Rent Deed, Registration of the House, Electricity/Telephone Bill etc.)

Guidelines for EXTERNAL STUDENTS (For students of St. Thomas School Sahibabad & Other Schools)

1. ONLINE REGISTRATION (EXTERNAL) is open for students of ST. THOMAS SCHOOL, SAHIBABAD only. For outside students, REGISTRATION will be open after Board Exam Results only.
2. Please refer the above General Instructions.
3. After completing the application form, kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM Button. You will be directed to PAYMENT OPTION.
4. A NON-REFUNDABLE Registration fee of Rs. 700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred only) is to be paid Online at the time of Registration.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SCANNED AND UPLOADED ALONG WITH REGISTRATION FORM.

1. Copy of Mark sheet of Class Xth.(Half yearly/ Pre- Board)
2. Certified copy of BPL Card issued by the Magistrate. (for BPL Category only)
3. SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable) to be submitted.
4. STUDENT'S PHOTOGRAPH - PASSPORT SIZE. (Size below 500 KB)
5. Family photograph (Post card size, combined one). Photograph clicked on any other occasion will not be entertained. (Size below 500 KB)
6. Parent's Passport Size Photograph. (Size below 500 KB)
7. Residence proof. (Rent Deed, Registration of the House, Electricity/Telephone Bill etc.)

*Documents needed at the Time of FEE PAYMENT : -

1. Medical Fitness Certificate of the Candidate.
2. Original Transfer Certificate and Character Certificate. T.C. will be accepted from CBSE affiliated schools only. In case of Non - affiliated C.B.S.E. & other than C.B.S.E Schools - T.C. should be countersigned from the education authority of the particular board.
3. Before admission, parents should make sure whether transport arrangement exists for their ward from the place of residence to school.
4. Originals of all the documents (as mentioned above) will be verified at the time of interaction
