Registration Forms are available both Offline & Online.

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

Filling the Registration Form does not guarantee the admission in the school.

Self-attested photocopy of the child's Date of Birth certificate.

Self-attested photocopy of residence proof (choose one of the following):

• Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father with the child's name).

  Voter ID of either parent.

  Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill / Passport in the name of either parent or the child.

  Aadhaar Card / UID issued in the name of either parent.

Child's Aadhaar card.

Proof of sibling.

Medical documentation and certificate from a competent medical officer if the child has a medical condition or is a special-needs child.

Two passport-sized photographs each of the parent and child.

Open the website and click on the Online Registration link.

You will receive a registration number along with a copy of the filled registration form. This will completes the registration process.

Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for document verification.

During document verification, applicants will be further shortlisted based on points acquired, and admission will be offered in order of points. If multiple applicants have the same points, a draw of lots will be conducted.

If shortlisted, you will be required to visit the school for document verification on the specified date and time.

Incomplete forms will be rejected.
