Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

Filling the Registration Form does not guarantee the admission in the school.

Self Attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the Child.

Self Attested photocopy of Residence proof (either of the following) – Ration Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father having name of child).

Voter I – Card of any of the Parent.

Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill / Passport in the name of any of the Parent or Child.

Adhaar Card / UID issued in the name of any of the Parents.

Child’s Adhaar Card.

Proof of Sibling.

Medical Documentation and Certificate from a competent medical officer if the child is suffering from some medical ailment or is a special need child.

Two passport size photographs each of Parent and Child.

Open the website and click on the Online Registration.

You will get a Registration Number along with a copy of the filled Registration Form. This will complete the registration process.

Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for verification of documents.

At the time of verification of documents applicants will be further shortlisted based on points acquired in criteria post verification of documents, and offered admission in order of points. In case the number of applicants with the same points is more than the number of seats, a draw of lots will be conducted.

If your name is in the shortlist, you will be required to visit the school for verification of documents on the given date and time.

Incomplete form will rejected.
