Registration Forms are available both Offline & Online.

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

Filling the Registration Form does not guarantee the admission to the school.

Self Attested photocopy of the child's Date of Birth certificate.

Self Attested photocopy of Residence proof (chose one of the following):

• Ration Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father with the child's name).

  Voter ID of either parent.

  Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill / Passport in the name of either Parent or the child.

  Adhaar Card / UID issued in the name of either psarent.

Child's Adhaar Card.

Proof of Sibling.

Medical Documentation and Certificate from a competent medical officer if the child has a medical condition or is a special-needs child.

Two passport size photographs each of the parent and child.

Open the website and click on the Online Registration link.

You will receive a registration number along with a copy of the filled registration form. This will completes the registration process.

Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for verification for document verification.

During document verification, applicants will be further shortlisted based on points acquired, and admission will be offered in order of points. If mul In case the number of applicants with the same points is more than the number of seats, a draw of lots will be conducted.

If your name is in the shortlist, you will be required to visit the school for verification of documents on the given date and time.

Incomplete form will rejected.
