Admission Schedule
Dates/Appointment schedule for verification of Claims / Admission notice list will be
provided only on the Vidyalaya's website and the Notice Board within the Vidyalaya premises.
Please note that NO OTHER communication in the form of a letter, e-mail, SMS or telephonic
call will be used for intimation to any individuals.

2. The schedule and syllabus for the Entrance
Exam is given below:-
✽ The candidates applying for PCM and PCB will be tested based on their performance in
Physics, Chemistry and Maths question paper. The question paper for Physics, Chemistry and
Mathematics will be objective type with multiple choice questions based on the syllabus of class
X. Duration of each paper will be 30 minutes.Therefore, the total duration of the test for
students applying for PCM & PCB will be one and half hours (90 minutes).
✽ The candidates applying for Commerce or Humanities (with Mathematics) will have to
appear for a mathematics test. It will be objective type with multiple choice questions based on
the syllabus of classes IX and X. Duration of the paper will be 30 minutes.
✽ The candidates who wish to apply for Humanities or Commerce (without mathematics) will
have to appear for a written test in English. The duration of the test is 30 minutes.
✽ Please note that your ward is required to be in the examination room at least FIFTEEN
minutes before the scheduled time. Your ward will be required to write the Registration Form
Number on all the answer scripts.
✽ Each candidate should bring a pen, pencil eraser, compass
box and color pencils. The Vidyalaya will supply answer scripts.
✽ No information regarding result of admission test will be available on telephone.
Please refrain from contacting the Vidyalaya on telephone or in person as information will only
be placed on the website and notice board of the vidyalaya.
3.
List of documents to be submitted at the time of interaction
✽ You will be required to submit Residence proof, such as Copy of Passport/Election
Identity Card/Current Utilities Bill/House Allocation letter.
✽ In case of Alumnus please attach Board Mark sheet of class X/XII or school leaving
certificate
(Alumnus is a person who has studied for at least 4 years in the Vidyalaya and has passed either
class X or XII from the Vidyalaya).
✽ Proof in support of claim made for Gujarati or Sibling category or Interstate Transfer
cases (within last three months only).
✽ Proof/supporting documents for any other claim (s) made in the Application Form. Kindly
bring the original documents for verification and photocopies duly attested for submission.
✽ Documents will be verified only at the time of interaction and no documents will be
accepted by the office thereafter.
✽ Please carry the final report card of class IX and mid-term and pre-board result of
class X examination and also the self attested photocopy of the same of your ward for the
verification process.
Instruction for Filling Form
✽ Read all instructions carefully before you start filling the form.
✽ Incomplete/incorrectly filled forms will be rejected.
✽ The registration of online application forms will close at 12:00 noon on
9th Apr, 2023.
✽ The applicants shall be charged a Registration and Processing fee of Rs 750/- .
✽ There are fields available as drop down boxes. In these fields, please select the data
as applicable to you.
✽ There are fields available as check boxes. In these fields, please place a tick mark
against the data applicable to you.
✽ After filling the form, you are advised to go through the details once again and check
if all details are correctly filled. If you wish to erase old information, click on the data and
retype/reselect the correct information.
✽ Please ensure that you provide authentic details while filling up the application form,
as these would be verified at the time of personal interaction at the Vidyalaya.
✽ Submission of duplicate forms should be avoided as it will attract inconsistent
responses.
✽ Once the form has been submitted and accepted by the system you cannot make any changes
in it.In case you wish to, re-register the form, you would be required to pay the Rs. 750/-
again. A cancellation request should be send to spvdelhi@gmail.com with the old registration
number
✽ The form bears an APPLICATION NUMBER starting with "TSPV (XI)". A
REGISTRATION NUMBER starting with "SPV-XI" will be generated immediately on
completion of payment of Rs.750/-
You are advised to take a Printout of the Form and the
Receipt
✽ If you are unable to complete the online payment due to some reason or other, you
should re-visit the first page of the Form for the link to complete the payment.
✽ Please note that the APPLICATION NUMBER is not eligible for short listing /
selection process. Only the REGISTRATION NUMBER generated after making the payment online
will be eligible for the same.
✽ After reading the procedure on this page, click on "I ACCEPT" button to view the
ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.
✽ At the end of the form, there is a "Submit Form", button. Click on the button
once only. It takes time for the computer to process the information. On pressing 'Submit Form',
the information you have provided shall be taken into our system. If any information is not
provided by you, the system shall return the form to you, prompting you to fill in the same.
✽ Vidyalaya / Edunext will not be responsible if registration and processing fee is not
deposited against on application receipt.
