Dates / Appointment schedule, for verification of Claims / Admission notice list, will be provided only on the Vidyalaya's website and the Notice Board within the Vidyalaya premises. Please note that NO OTHER communication in the form of a letter, e-mail, SMS or telephonic call will be used for intimation to any individuals.

✽ The Examination will have the MCQ as well as subjective Questions.
✽ Kindly report at the Vidyalaya by 9:30 a.m. as seating shall commence by 9:45 a.m.
✽ General Syllabus of class VIII is the critertion.
✽ Your ward will be required to fill the registration form No. on the answer sheet.

✽ All candidates are to keep stationary handy for their written work.
✽ No information regarding result of Entrance Exam will be available on telephone. Please refrain from contacting the Vidyalaya on telephone or in person as information will be placed only on the website and notice board of the vidyalaya.

List of documents to be shown at the time of interaction
✽ In case of Alumnus please show attached Board Mark sheet of class X/XII or school leaving certificate (which you have uploaded at the time of registration),
Alumnus is a person who has studied for at least 4 years in the Vidyalaya and passed either class X or XII from the Vidyalaya.
✽ Please show relevant documents in support of Gujarati/Sibling category/Interstate Transfer cases (transferred within last three months only) which you have uploaded at the time of registration.
✽ Documents will be verified only at the time of interaction and no documents will be accepted by the office thereafter.
✽ Please show the final report card of class VI & VII and mid-term result of class VIII examination which you have uploaded at the time of Registration.
✽ Also carry the original and a copy of class VIII final term report card.
Instruction for Filling Form
✽ Read all instructions carefully before you start filling the form.
✽ Incomplete/incorrectly filled forms will be rejected.
✽ The registration of online application forms will close at 03:00 p.m on 21st March, 2022.
✽ The applicants shall be charged a Registration and Processing fee of Rs 750/- .
✽ There are fields available as drop down boxes. In these fields, please select the data as applicable to you.
✽ There are fields available as check boxes. In these fields, please place a tick mark against the data applicable to you.
✽ After filling the form, you are advised to go through the details once again and check if all details are correctly filled. If you wish to erase old information, click on the data and retype/reselect the correct information.
✽ Please ensure that you provide authentic details while filling up the application form, as these would be verified at the time of online interaction at the Vidyalaya.
✽ Submission of duplicate forms should be avoided as it will attract inconsistent responses.
✽ Once the form has been submitted and accepted by the system you cannot make any changes in it. In case you wish to, re-register the form, you would be required to pay the Rs. 750/- again. A cancellation request should be send to spvdelhi@gmail.com with the old registration number.
✽ The form bears an APPLICATION NUMBER starting with "TSPV(IX)-". A REGISTRATION NUMBER starting with "SPV(IX)-" will be generated immediately on completion of payment of Rs. 750/-. You are advised to take a Printout of the Form and the Receipt.
✽ If you are unable to complete the online payment due to some reason or other, you should re-visit the first page of the Form for the link to complete the payment.
✽ Please note that the APPLICATION NUMBER is not eligible for short listing / selection process. Only the REGISTRATION NUMBER generated after making the payment online will be eligible for the same.
✽ After reading the procedure on this page, click on I ACCEPT button to view the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.
✽ At the end of the form, there is a Submit Form, button. Click on the button once only. It takes time for the computer to process the information. On pressing Submit Form, the information you have provided shall be taken into our system. If any information is not provided by you, the system shall return the form to you, prompting you to fill in the same.
✽ Vidyalaya / Edunext will not be responsible if registration and processing fee is not deposited against an Application Receipt.
