We understand that the application/ registration/short listing does not guarantee admission to our ward. We accept the process of admission undertaken by the school and we will abide by the decision taken by the school authorities. We confirm that the above mentioned name, date of birth of our child and residential address are correct. We will provide original birth certificate, Aadhaar Card/Any Govt. approved proof of our residential address at the time of admission. If this information is found to be incorrect, our child's admission may be cancelled.

• No Change will be made in the entries of Student's Age and Student's, Mother's & Father's name on Admission form once recorded in Registration Form.
• Fees once paid is not refundable for any reason what so ever, Only caution money will be refunded after making necessary adjustments as per requirement.
• At the time of admission please Submit photocopy of Birth Certificate M.C.D., Aadhaar Card copy of Father & Mother for Name & Residential proof, Alumni and Sibling proof.
• Advisory: Aadhar card of your ward is required as per Govt. norms at the time of admission.
• If there is any doubt related to automatic display of Google map distance then kindly mail or contact at school.
