Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan - Pledge Ceremony & Awareness Initiative for Class - VI to VIII

Dear Parents & Students, 

As part of the nationwide Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (NMBA), an awareness and pledge initiative is being organized to spread awareness about the harmful effects of substance abuse and to encourage a healthy, responsible, and drug-free lifestyle among our youth and community.

All students and parents are requested to actively participate in this meaningful initiative and extend their full cooperation.

• Involve children in small household tasks to build responsibility.
• Ensure they stay hydrated and avoid going out between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

4. Form submit करने के बाद प्राप्त SE-ID (11 अंकों की) को सुरक्षित रूप से नोट कर लें (यह भविष्य में भी आवश्यक हो सकती है)।

Dear Parents,

You are requested to follow the advisory guidelines to help the children cope with the ongoing extreme heat wave and its effects. The school is ensuring the availability of clean and cool drinking water. Additionally, a water break will be provided after every period where the teacher will remind the students to drink water from their bottle.

You are also requested to ensure that your ward drinks sufficient water at home and follows the guidelines given below:

Ensure your child carries:

Sufficient water bottle(s)

Optional: ORS/electrolyte drink/ buttermilk/lemonade/juicy fruits, etc.

A cap or an umbrella to stay safe from direct sunlight

Health & Hygiene

Encourage:

Daily bathing 2 times a day

Proper personal hygiene

Ensure your child has:

A proper breakfast before coming to school

Adequate sleep at night

Awareness at Home

Educate your child about:

Drinking water frequently

Informing the teacher if feeling unwell

Inform the school in case of:

Any health issues or sensitivity to heat

Moreover, advise the child to avoid exposure to extreme heat. Encourage indoor or shaded activities only.
