This is with reference to the transport facility for departure for 2 dates ONLY - 2nd & 4th December 2024.
You can avail one of the 2 options -
1. Skeletal Bus Route :  Board the bus at 12:50 pm for select stops - Shri Dukhnivaran Bus Stop, Old Bus Stand, Thapar University Gate, Urban Estate Bypass
2. Routine Bus Route : Board the bus at 2:50 pm.
You are requested to share your choice for either of the above 2 options with your HRT by the 6:00 pm this evening.
Kindly treat this as urgent !

• PTM for classes Nursery, KG1, KG2,Std. I and Std. II is scheduled for tomorrow - the 30th of November (Saturday) from 9:30 to 11:00 am. Please adhere to the timings mentioned. The school will remain off for the students of these classes.
• However, the school will be working for std III-X as per the regular Saturday school timings i.e. 8.50 am to 12.50 pm.

The Armed Forces Flag Day is celebrated on the 7th of December every year and is a day dedicated to honouring the soldiers and veterans of India's armed forces. As per an official circular from the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Patiala, each student will purchase the Armed Forces Flag and thereby contribute towards this cause.

You are requested to kindly send Rs 20/- in the Almanac tomorrow. Students will pin up the flag on the 7th of December 2024 to commemorate the day.

You are requested to send your consent for administering the Deworming Tablet(Albendazole) for your ward. The tablet will be given by the school doctor to all the students with a positive consent in their Almanacs.  The consent will be checked for by the HRTs tomorrow morning. Kindly do the needful.

Please note that the coming Saturday, 23rd of November 2024 will be a full-fledged working day for classes III-X and the student dispersal will be at 3:00 pm. You will be happy to know that the school is hosting the Inter school Sahodaya Athletic Meet 2024 on the 23rd of November & in addition to this, the Cambridge Assessment is also scheduled for the Flyers.
Kindly ensure that your ward attends school with the given time table for the day.
