General Instructions:

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.

Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on MERIT and NO DONATIONS ACCEPTED.

You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready before starting to fill the form.

The intimation for assessment / observation / interaction / interview / Admission Confirmation will be notified via Email / SMS.

Documents list as mentioned:

Birth Certificate.

Transfer Certificate - Original Copy. (Child's previous school).
PEN (Permanent Education Number)- (Child's previous school).
SATS Number-Child's previous school. (Previous school will need to get it from the SATS Portal).
Students SATS TC-Child's previous school. (Previous school will need to get it from the SATS Portal).
APAAR ID-Check in Digilocker for APAAR ID or Check with the previous school for APAAR ID.

Study Certificate.

Vaccination Card Copy.

Passport size photos of child (1 copy).

Passport size photos of parents (1 copy each).

Aadhaar card copy of parents.

Aadhaar card copy of the student-Parent can submit the child's Aadhaar number. If number is not available, parent need to immediately apply for the same.

Copies of progress report cards for the last 3 years.

Community Certificate: for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or Backward Communities (Certificate should be in child`s name).

The above documents (recently attested photocopies) must be produced along with the filled application form.

Transportation Form (if Required).

Please note: Staple all documents to the top left-hand corner of the application.
