DECLARATION

☞ We solemnly hereby declare and affirm that:

1. All the information given by us in this registration form is true to the best of our knowledge and belief and that nothing has been concealed. At any time if any information furnished above is found incorrect/incomplete the Principal, Vidya Devi Jindal School, Hisar has the right to cancel the registration of thecandidate.
2. We undertake to abide by all the rules and regulations laid down in the Prospectus of Vidya Devi Jindal School, for admission as in force from time to time, and wish that the candidate is registered to take the Aptitude Assessment for Admission to Vidya Devi Jindal School.
3. The date of birth and the spelling of the name of the candidate are correctly mentioned in the Registration form and that we shall not make a request for any change in her name and/or date of birth at any later date.
4. We understand that the acceptance of the registration form for Aptitude Assessment for Admission and the fee will not involve the school in any obligation to admission to the candidate, or be a cause of action for litigation in the event the candidate not being admitted in the school for any reason whatsoever.
5. Admission is entirely at the discretion of the Principal, Vidya Devi Jindal School, Hisar and that we shall have no right to claim to be furnished with the reason for non-admission of the candidate.
6. Change in School Fee Structure at any time is acceptable to us.
7. We are also aware that the registration fee is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
8. Any stipulation made in the Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines shall be binding on us and on the candidate.
9. Fees charged or penalty levied, or any other action taken in accordance therewith shall not cause the accrual of any action for any litigation whatsoever.
10. The following documents are enclosed with the duly filled Registration form:

✔ Copy of the Birth Certificate of the candidate.
✔ Copy of the Aadhaar Card of the candidate.
✔ 2 latest (not more than 3month old) passport size photographs of the candidate.
✔ Copy of the recent marksheet of the candidate.
✔ A bank draft for an amount of Rs. ____________________ drawn in favour of Vidya Devi Jindal School, Hisar.
