General Instructions:

Parents are requested to read all the instructions carefully before proceeding to the next step.

We recommend you to use Chrome/Mozilla Firefox browser for filling up this form for a hassle-free experience.

The Registration Fees is Rs.5000/- which needs to be paid online after completely filling up the form and uploading the documents. We accept all kinds of Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking payments.

If you have already filled the Enquiry Form, you just have to enter the generated Enquiry number, which will auto-fetch all the filled details.

Please ensure that all the fields are entered correctly, as the same will reflect in the Admission Form as well and will be used for further communication.

You would be required to upload the documents in the “Upload Documents” step. Hence, we urge you to keep the soft copies of the following documents reading. Other documents which are not uploaded are required to be submitted while reporting to the school:

(File size of all documents should not be more than 1 MB and uploaded only in a JPEG format)

- Passport size Photos of the Student, Father & Mother
- Birth Certificate
- Transfer Certificate (Original needs to be submitted on or before reporting to the school)
- Previous school’s Report Card
- Aadhar card of both Parents and the Child
- Pan Card of Earning Parent/s
- Blood Group Certificate (Need to submit on or before reporting to the school)
- Fitness Certificate from a registered medical practitioner (Need to submit on or before reporting to the school)

After successful submission of the form and subsequent payment of the Registration Fees, an auto confirmation will be shared with you via SMS and Email.

Note: This is just a Registration Form and does not guarantee Admission for your child. Admission will be considered as “Provisional” till all the documents are shared with us.
