General Instructions:

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.

Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on MERIT and NO DONATIONS ACCEPTED.

You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready before starting to fill the form.

The intimation for assessment / observation / interaction / interview / Admission Confirmation will be notified via Email / SMS.

Documents Required During the Admission Process:

Documents required for Applicants are Passport size picture, Birth certificate, Transfer certificate & Report card.

Documents required for Parents are Passport size picture, PAN card and Aadhaar Card.

All document file sizes should be less than 1 MB. All document file types should be in PDF / JPEG / JPG format except applicant and parents passport size photo file type should be JPEG / JPG only.

Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or issued by Govt. Hospital shall be accepted.

The application form should be submitted before the scheduled date / time. Late submission of the application form will not be accepted / considered. Incomplete forms will not be accepted / considered.

Online Registration Process:

You would need access to Debit / Credit Card, Net Banking, etc. to make payment online.

An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you and a “Registration No” corresponding to the Applicant will also be generated, which is to be used for any further communication with the school.

The Admission Fee Payment Link will be sent to you via Email / SMS to PAY FEE ONLINE.

We/l understand and agree that the registration of our/my son/daughter/ward does not guarantee admission to the school and that the registration fee is neither transferable nor refundable.

We/I agree to comply with the regulations of the School including those relating to the charging of interest/late fees on unpaid bills/, suspension/withdrawal of student for reasons, including on non-payment of fees as per school schedule and the assessment of fees for less than 90 days notice of a student's withdrawal or for the late arrival of a student.

We/I understand and agree that under no circumstances the fees paid to the school will be refunded if a student withdraws admission for any reason.

We/l understand and agree that any changes in the fee structure and curriculum from time to time will be at the management's discretion.

We/l understand and agree that a minimum of 90% of attendance is compulsory for promoting the child to the next higher grade.

We/l understand that the legal custody of the child will remain with both the biological parents who are alive/adoptive parent (s) or with the Legal Guardian (in case biological parents are not alive), unless ordered by the legal authorities otherwise, in writing.

"We hereby undertake to indemnify The Sanskaar Valley School against all rights and claims by myself, my dependents, next of kin or other legal representatives for compensation for damages or disability arising out of personal injury or death due to any reason during the course of his/her study in the The Sanskaar Valley School, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, including of sports & activities, industrial visits, training, tours, conduct of practical, working in laboratories or workshops, stay in hostel, travelling in the transport or otherwise, sickness, accident, death caused to our/my son/daughter/ward on account of any mishappening that may be caused inadvertently to our/my son/daughter/ward."

We do hereby permit the school to provide first-aid treatment/ medication in case of any illness/ injury arising in school. We agree to intimate the school in case the child is suffering from any contagious illness or shows symptoms suggetive of any infectious disease.
