I understand that this is a Provisional Admission and will be confirmed subject to fulfilling Admission Eligibility Criteria.

I am very well informed about the fee structure and rules regarding the payment and refund policy for both the Admission fee and Tuition Fee. Any increase made from time to time will be binding on me and will be paid by me in time. If not as per the rules I will be liable for all the penalties arising out of nonpayment.
I have read the rules and regulations of the school for parents in Parent Handbook, School Website.
I agree to abide by them including any modifications to the present rules that may introduce from time to time.
I am aware and will plan my vacation to ensure that my ward takes part in all compulsory calendared events.
I do understand that there would be a constructive consequence in event of failing to abide by any of the points mentioned and agreed upon by me and my ward. I agree to abide by all the said norms and also if there is any modification which takes place due to the change in realities.
I will submit all original documents required by the school within 30 days of admission failing which the school reserves the rights for necessary action up to cancellation of admission as per the rules.
I have checked and verified all the spellings of names mentioned in the form. The Date of Birth mentioned in the form is as per the Birth Certificate/ Aadhar/ Passport. If the admission is confirmed, the information filled in this application form should be used for all future School Records.

I, allow my son / daughter / ward to go for Excursions: local/regional/national/international Study-visits, Camps: overnight/rural/environment/more than one night/school camps, Field trips, Workshops: Outside school in another location, Inter school events held during the current Academic Year, that requires travel local/outside Pune for which due intimation and information shall be given to the parent / guardian.

I understand that all the reasonable care and precautions will be taken by the Organisers. However, in case of any untoward incident / mishap, I will not hold the School or the Organiser-in-charge responsible. I further certify that my son / daughter / ward is physically fit to undertake this excursion / camp / field trip / workshop / inter school event as enlisted above.
