General Instructions:

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.

Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on MERIT and NO DONATIONS ACCEPTED.

You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready before starting to fill the form.

The intimation for assessment / observation / interaction / interview / Admission Confirmation will be notified via Email / SMS.

Total Number of seats available in Pre School (Nur.) - 40 ; For General Category -22 seats, Boarding -08 seats, EWS / DG Category (including CWSN seats) - 10 seats.

Commencement of Admission Process & Availability of online admission forms / from school office will be from Thursday, 28th Nov 2024 (between 0900 H to 1350 H).

Last date of submission of application forms in the school / online portal will be Friday, 20th Dec 2024.

The date for displaying the first list of selected children (including waiting list) along with points allotted under the Point system will be Friday, 17th Jan 2025.

Documents Required During the Admission Process:

Documents required for age proof - Birth certificate of the child.

Documents required for proof of address; Ration Card / Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother / Father having name of child) or Domicile Certificate of child / parent or Voter I Card (EPIC) of parent or Electricity / Water / MTNL Bill / Passport in the name of child or parent, or Aadhar Card / UID issued in the name of any of the parents of the child.

All document file sizes should be less than 1 MB. All document file types should be in PDF / JPEG / JPG format except applicant and parents passport size photo file type should be JPEG / JPG only.

The application form should be submitted before the scheduled date / time. Late submission of the application form will not be accepted / considered. Incomplete forms will not be accepted / considered and will be rejected.

Online Registration Process:

You would need access to Debit / Credit Card, Net Banking, etc. to make payment online.

An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you and a “Registration No” corresponding to the Applicant will also be generated, which is to be used for any further communication with the school.

The Registration form Charges Payment Link will be sent to you via Email / SMS to PAY FEE ONLINE.

I Certify that I am the bonafide guardian of the child. I understand that rendering false or misleading information may disqualify the child for admission/education at this school. Registration is no guarantee for admission. Registration fee is not refundable.

In the event of my ward's admission to the school, I shall abide by the school rules and procedures in all respects. I understand that the decision of the Chairman/Principal shall be final.

I fully understand that no separate communication would be sent to me for the payment of school fees/dues.

In the event of my ward's involvement in any case of indiscipline or misconduct, the school will have full authority to send my ward at my own expenses and responsibility.

I have received and read the school calendar & I shall abide by the rules and regulations as mentioned therein and as amended by the school from time to time.

In case of mid-session withdrawal, I shall be liable to pay the dues as per the fee refund rules or minimum two months' notice, whichever is applicable.

All disputes shall be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.

Any event, effect or circumstance such as; acts of God, war, terrorism, earthquakes, hurricanes, insurrection, explosions, fire, plagues, epidemic or pandemic that can be neither anticipated nor controlled, Force Majeure clause will be applicable and the school shall not be held liable or responsible for the loss or delay in providing their services.
