7. Refund of Fee in case of cancellation/withdrawal of admission

Fees shall be refunded as per following norms of Directorate of Education.

Within one month after depositing the full fee for admission of the child

Except registration fee, admission fee, one month tuition fee, rest of the fee shall be refunded.

The School shall furnish detailed information regarding admission of the Pre School in prescribed format to DDE.

The admission shall be made without any discrimination of Caste / Religion etc. by the admission committee under the Chairmanship of the Principal. No interview or interaction shall be held with the candidates and parents.

The Registration form shall be available at the reception of the school on all working days from November 28, 2024 onwards between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on payment of Rs. 25/- only.

Online registration facility is also available. Parents can visit the school website to do the needful. (www.theindianheightsschool.com).

The Registration Form can also be downloaded from the school website and should be deposited at the school reception.

The last date to submit the Registration Form is December 20, 2024 upto 2:00 pm.

The School will adopt lottery system to select / shortlist a child for admission, only in case of tie amongst applicants (scoring highest marks on a Hundred Points Scale).

The filled in registration form should contain the self attested photocopies of the documents as specified in the Govt. order. Documents to be submitted along with Registration Form (Only attested photocopy required).

8. Documents Required

(a) General Category

i) Birth Certificate of the child issued by the Municipal Corporation or equivalent Authority.
ii) Aadhaar Card / UID card issued in the name of Child.
iii) Residential Proof (Any two from the following)
a) Ration card / Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother / Father having name of child).
b) Domicile Certificate of child or of his / her parents.
c) Voter I - Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
d) Latest Electricity bill / MTNL telephone bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
e) Aadhaar Card / UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.

iv) For Sibling- Copy of fee receipt issued by the school.
