General Instructions:

Please read all the instructions carefully before filling the Online Application Form.

We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.

Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on POINT SYSTEM and NO DONATIONS are ACCEPTED.

You will be required to upload certain documents in the Documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the documents ready before starting to fill the form.

The intimation for assessment / observation / interaction / interview / Admission Confirmation will be notified via Email / Telephonic Call.


Documents Required During Admission Process:

Documents required for Applicants are MCD Birth certificate, Aadhar Card and Candidate Passport size Photograph.

Documents required for Parents are their Passport size Photograph, Aadhaar Card and a supporting government Photo ID Proof.

All document file sizes should be less than 1 MB. All document file types should be in PDF / JPEG / JPG format except for applicant and parents passport size photo for which file type should be JPEG / JPG only.

Birth Certificate issued only by The Municipal Corporation shall be accepted.

The application form should be submitted before the scheduled date / time. Late submission of the application form will not be accepted / considered. Incomplete forms will not be accepted / considered.

School Instructions:

  1. Children born between 01-03-2018 and 30-04-2019 ONLY are eligible for admission to PREP.
  2. Both boys and girls are eligible for admission to PREP.
  3. There is no Admission under EWS quota in this school, since ours is a Christian Minority School.
  4. There will be no test or interview of the applicants or their parents. 

    The school will follow the following criteria for admission to class PREP 2023-24

  5. For all the seats, weightage will be given according to the following points :-
    1. 45 Points
      Wards of the staff of our school.
    2. 45 Points
      Catholics from all the parishes and other Christians from mainstream Churches from the neighbourhood are also eligible for admission.
    3. Neighbourhood (by area)
      1. 30 points
        Shahbad-Dairy, Shahbad-Daulatpur, Rama Enclave, DTU, Amar Jyoti Colony, Shiv Vihar. Rohini Sec 11, 13, 15. 16, 17, 18, 25, 26, 27 & 28,
      2. 20 points
        Rohini Sec 5,6, 7, 8, 9, 14, 19, 24, 29, 35 & Pehladpur
      3. 10 points
        Rohini Sec 3, 4, 23 Naharpur, Badli, Samaypur, Yadav Nagar, Pooth Khurd & Khera Khurd
    4. 15 Points
      Sibling (Real Brother or sister)

  6. The school reserves the right to reject application forms with incomplete or false information.
  7. Filled in application forms along with photocopies of relevant documents will be accepted for registration at the Senior School office between 8.30 am and 12:00 p.m. from Thursday, 1st December, 2022 to Friday 23rd December, 2022 on all school working days. No form will be accepted for registration after Friday, 23rd December, 2022.
  8. Make sure to submit the hard copy of the following documents along with the application form:
    1. Self attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate(with name of the child mentioned on it) issued from Municipal Corporation and Aadhar Card of the child. Affidavits or any other documents in place of Birth certificates will not be accepted. If a child is admitted, the date of birth once entered will never be changed in school records later.
    2. Two Photo ID Proof of residence(of same address in Delhi) of both the parents: A photocopy of Aadhar Card(mandatory)/Ration Card/Voter I - Card /Driving License / Passport / Electricity/MTNL Telephone/Water Bill in the name of any of the parents of the child.
    3. Alumni/sibling must produce documentary evidence.
    4. Photocopy of Class X Passing certificates for both the parents.
    5. If belongs to SC/ST/OBC category attach photocopy for the same (for school record purpose only).
    6. All eligible Christian candidates must bring an attested photocopy of the Baptism Certificate and a letter from their respective Parish Priests/Pastors testifying to the membership of their Parish.
  9. The list of selected candidates will be put up on the school notice board at the school entrance gate and website on Friday, 20th January, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
