GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

(Note:Please read the instructions given below before filling the Application Form.)

Self-attested copies of the Degrees/Certificates/Testimonial, Residence Proof should be attached with this Application Form.

Only short listed candidates will be called for the interview. No TA/DA will be paid to the applicant to appear for the interview.

Duly filled Application Form should be sent through Registered Post/Courier or by hand to “The Chairman/Principal, St. Thomas School, Sector- IV, Lajpat Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad- 201005, (U.P.)”. Superscribe the envelope with school's name.

Particulars filled by the candidate should be in accordance with the documents submitted. In case of married female candidates, A copy of Marriage Certificate or Affidavit / Voter I-Card ( proof stating the change of Name after marriage) should be attached. Any change in Name will not be entertained in the later stage.

Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the respective fields are preferred

Fluency in English is mandatory for all the above posts.

Head Mistress
  • Postgraduate / Graduate with B.Ed. (as per CBSE /NCTE norms)
  • Minimum 5-10 years teaching experience in a CBSE school.
  • Prior experience in academic coordination / supervisory / administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and school management skills
Bus Driver
  • Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (HTV / LMV as applicable).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience driving school buses or passenger vehicles.
  • Good knowledge of traffic rules, road safety, and city/route navigation.
  • Clean driving record and good physical fitness.
  • Punctual, disciplined, and responsible attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is desirable.
Bus Attendant
  • Minimum high school (10th) pass or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in managing children during school transport preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills, patience, and caring attitude.
  • Knowledge of basic safety and first-aid procedures is desirable.
  • Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
Female Attendant / Caretaker (Ayah)
  • Minimum high school (10th) pass or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in childcare or school support preferred.
  • Caring, responsible, and punctual attitude.
  • Ability to assist young children in daily activities, ensure hygiene, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
PRT - Computer
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in relevant discipline from a recognized institution / university.
  • B.Ed. from a recognized institution (as per CBSE/NCTE norms).
  • Strong command over the subject and ability to teach primary, middle & secondary level students.
  • Prior teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, classroom management, pedagogical competence, and activity-based learning.
Band Master
  • Diploma/Certificate in Music/Band Conducting from a recognized institution
    (Preferably from Army/Navy/Air Force Band School, or any governmentrecognized music institute)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training and managing the school band (primary & senior levels).
  • Ability to train students in marching, parade drills, wind instruments, percussion instruments, and prepare them for school events, assemblies, and competitions.
  • Proficiency in reading and composing music, maintaining instruments, and organizing band performances.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with students across age groups.
  • Candidates with experience in CBSE/ICSE/Army Schools will be given preference.

  • Graduation with French as a major subject OR equivalent proficiency (DELF/DALF/B1/B2 certifications) from a recognized institution.
  • B.Ed. as per CBSE/NCTE norms.
  • Prior teaching experience in CBSE schools preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to conduct interactive language sessions.
Special Educator
  • Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. in Special Education
    OR
    Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. (General) and a Diploma/Certificate in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
  • Registration with RCI is mandatory
  • Relevant experience in supporting children with diverse learning needs in school settings.
