General Instructions:

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

It is recommended to use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers to fill this form.

Filling in this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on guidelines issued by DoE and school specific Point criteria.

Note: As per the Directorate of Education Order No. F.DE.15 (172)/PSB/2016/9179-9188 dated 22.11.2025, the NEP structure 5+3+3+4 with the Foundational Stage covering three years of Pre-school (Balvatika 1, Balvatika 2 and Balvatika 3) equivalent to Nursery, LKG, and UKG followed by Classes I and Il will be applicable from Academic Session 2026-2027.

● Birth Certificate with name of the child issued by MCD or a competent authority (jpeg, jpg, png or pdf file of maximum 5 MB)
● Sibling (Fee Receipt / latest Marksheet of sibling)(jpeg, jpg, png or pdf file of maximum 5 MB)
● Proof of Residence (jpeg, jpg, png or pdf file of maximum 5 MB)
Residence Proof (any one of the following)
● Ration card issued in the name of parent
● Domicile certificate of child or parent
● Voter I-Card (EPIC) of the parent/s
● Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of the parent/s or child
● Aadhaar Card/UID card of the parents
First Born Child: Self-attested declaration (Affidavit) on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/-, to be signed by both parents (Format attached).
Note : Affidavit to be submitted in original at the time of verification
Girl Child: Birth certificate of the child
Achievements in the field of: Sports, Theatre, Art, Literature, Dance, Music, Environmental Conservation, or Rural/State development initiatives.
(Note: Recognitions must be acknowledged by the Government of India, GNCT of Delhi, other state governments, or bodies recognised or registered with them.)
Research: Published original research work in any field, Published a book, article, blog, or any recognised online or print portal.

Parents should review the Form carefully before pressing the submit button. Once submitted, the information cannot be changed.

In case of any error observed in your Form after submission, write to us at admission@spsmayurvihar.com before the last date of registration process. No changes will be entertained once the registration closes.

Do not submit multiple entries for same applicant. Multiple entries are liable to be cancelled or not considered.

Parents having more than two children including the one whose admission is sought, are requested not to apply as school adheres to the 2-child norm.

Please note that only Primary Mobile Number and Primary Email ld mentioned by you in registration form will be used for all future communications.

Online Registration Process:

Once the form is filled, an online fee payment link will be sent for registration through Email.

Online payment can be made using Debit / Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking.

An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment, with details filled. A “Registration Number” will also be generated, that will be used for all further communications with the school.

Intimation for verification of original documents will be notified via Email/ SMS.
