General Instructions:

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers for filling this form.

Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on guidelines issued by DoE and Point criteria.

Scanned/digital copy of the following documents to be uploaded to complete submission of form:

● Child's Photograph (jpeg, jpg or png file of maximum 5 MB)
● Father's Photograph (jpeg, jpg or png file of maximum 5 MB)
● Mother's Photograph (jpeg, jpg or png file of maximum 5 MB)
● Birth Certificate with name of the child issued by MCD or a competent authority (jpeg, jpg, png or pdf file of maximum 5 MB)
● Sibling (Fee Receipt / latest Marksheet of sibling)(jpeg, jpg, png or pdf file of maximum 5 MB)
● Affidavit of the first-born child (if applicable)(jpeg, jpg, png or pdf file of maximum 5 MB)
● Proof of Residence (jpeg, jpg, png or pdf file of maximum 5 MB)
Proof of Residence (any one of the following)
- Ration card / smart card issued in the name of parent (Mother / Father, having name of child)
- Voter I-Card (EPIC) of the parent/s
- Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of the parent/s or child
- Aadhaar Card issued in the name of any of the parents
- Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents
First Born Child: Affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/-, to be signed by both parents (Click here to download the Declaration Format)(jpeg, jpg, png or pdf file of maximum 5 MB)
School Alumni: Class XII School leaving certificate/ Marksheet of any of the schools under the aegis of Salwan Education Trust of either or both parents(jpeg, jpg, png or pdf file of maximum 5 MB)
Girl Child: Birth certificate of the child(jpeg, jpg, png or pdf file of maximum 5 MB)
Recognition / Achievement in the field of Research (jpeg, jpg, png or pdf file of maximum 5 MB)
In Case of research:
• Self-Attested copy of the published original research work in any field (pdf/jpeg/jpg/png file of maximum 5 MB)
In case of published book:
• ISBN number of the published book.
• Cover page of the book (pdf/jpeg/jpg/png file of maximum 5 MB)
Recognition / Achievement in the field of sports / culture.(jpeg, jpg, png or pdf file of maximum 5 MB)
• Self-attested copy of certificate received at international, national, or state-level for achievements in any of the following areas:
• Sports, Theatre, Art, Literature, Dance, Music, Environmental Conservation, or Rural/State development initiatives.
(Note: Recognitions must be acknowledged by the Government of India, GNCT of Delhi, other state governments, or bodies recognised or registered with them.)

The intimation for verification of original documents will be notified via Email.

Do not submit multiple entries for same applicant. Multiple entries are liable to be cancelled or not considered.

The school adheres to a two child norm. Parent having more than two children, are requested not to apply.

Please note primary mobile number will be used for all communications.

Online Registration Process:

You will be sent an online fee payment link for registration through Email.

You need access to Debit / Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking to make payment online.

An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you. A “Registration Number” will also be generated, which is to be used for all further communications with the school.
