General Instructions:

Prerequisites: : Ensure that you have the following before you begin to fill the form:

Age as per NEP (National Education Policy) :

Class: Pre School 1: 3 or 3+ years

Class: Pre School 2: 4 or 4+ years

Class: Pre School 3: 5 or 5+ years

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.

Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on MERIT and NO DONATIONS ACCEPTED.

You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready before starting to fill the form.

The intimation for assessment / observation / interaction / interview / Admission Confirmation will be notified via Email / SMS.

Documents Required During the Admission Process:

Photograph of the applicant child (in JPEG, JPG format).Size of the photograph should not be more than 1 MB.

Scanned copy of Applicant Child’s Date of Birth Certificate: (Certificate should bear the Child’s Name, Father’s Name and Mother’s name written on it).

Scanned copy of Address Proof (Aadhar Card / Voter’s I-Card/ Rent / Lease Agreement / Electricity Bill).

Scanned copy of Identity Proof of both the Parents (PAN Card / Voter’s I-Card / Aadhaar Card / Driving License / Passport).

Instructions for filling the Online Registration Form:

Once the form is filled and submitted by the parent, no change in names will be allowed, without special permission.

Please ensure that the date of birth of your child is written correctly as per the Birth Certificate. No request for the change in date of birth will be entertained in future whatever may be the reason. The original Birth Certificate is to be produced for verification only at the time of admission.

No admission will be entertained without proper documents, i.e. Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Mark Sheet etc.

The particulars of sibling already studying in the school should be given and Cousins will not be considered as siblings.

In case of physically challenged, EWS, SC, ST and OBC candidates please attach supporting documents.

Incomplete Registration forms are liable to be rejected.
