General Information:

The school admits girls in classes VI to IX & XI through an Aptitude Assessment and an Interaction, which is held in the school in the month of November every year. Registrations begin in July for the session beginning in April of the subsequent year.

A student applying for admission in class VI must be at least 11 years old by the 1st week of April of the year of joining the school, which is the lower age limit for entry into the school.

Aptitude Assessment:

Classes VI to IX

Students registered for classes VI to IX are expected to appear for an Aptitude Assessment based on English & Mathematics and an Interaction. These are held in the school in November for the session beginning in April of the subsequent year. Admission is offered based on the result of the Aptitude Assessment & Interaction, subject to the availability of seats.

Class XI

Students registered for class XI will appear for an Aptitude Assessment based on the class X syllabus, which will be shared by the admissions department post registration. The Assessment & Interaction is conducted in December every year. A provisional admission is offered upon clearing the assessment, with the final stream/subject confirmation depending on board results and cut-off percentages.

Upload scanned copies (PDF format only) of the following documents:

Pay the registration amount of ₹20,050/- (registration fees: ₹18,000, prospectus: ₹2,050). The amount is non-transferable & non-refundable.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from the admissions department within 24 hours. Please allow additional time for weekends or holidays. The prospectus, along with the Aptitude Assessment syllabus, will be dispatched to your postal address. The admissions department will notify you via email regarding the date and details of the Aptitude Assessment.

All the information given by us in the registration from is true to the best of our knowledge and belief. We have not hidden/ concealed anything. If anything, or any information furnished above is found to be wrong The, Principal, Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya, Gwalior has the right to cancel the registration of our ward.

We have carefully read the Rules and Regulations of Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya, as laid down in the Prospectus.

We also declare that the date of birth and spelling of the name of our daughter/ward are correctly given in the Registration form and that we shall not make a request for any change in her name and date of birth later on.

We understand that acceptance of this application for registration and grant of registration does not create any right to claim admission, or be a cause of action for litigation in the event of our ward not being admitted for any reason whatsoever.

Admission is entirely at the discretion of the Principal and that we shall have no right to claim to be furnished with the reason for non-admission.

The stipulation made in the Rules, Regulation and Guidelines shall be binding onn us and our ward. Fees charged or penalty levied or any action taken in accordance therewith shall not cause the accrual of any of action for any litigation whatsoever.

Change in fee structure at any time is acceptable to us.

We are also aware that the registration amount is Non refundable & Non transferable.
