General Instructions:

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

It is recommended to use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers to fill this form.

Filling in this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on guidelines issued by DoE and Point criteria.

Parents having more than two children need not to apply as school adheres to two children policy.

Only one form per child will be accepted. Filling of more than one form will result in Cancellation of both/all forms submitted by the parents. In case, any updations required in the filled and submitted form, parents are requested to send a mail at admission@salwanjuniorschool.com.

The date for verification of original documents will be notified via Email/ SMS.

Note: As per the Directorate of Education Order No. F.DE.15 (172)/PSB/2016/9179-9188 dated 22.11.2025. The NEP structure 5+3+3+4 will be applicable, with the Foundational Stage covering three years of Pre-school (Balvatika 1, Balvatika 2 and Balvatika 3) equivalent to Nursery, LKG, and UKG followed by Classes I and II from Academic Session 2026-2027.

Age Criteria:

Children born between 01.04.2022 and 31.03.2023 (03 years to less than 4 years as on 31.03.2026)

** As per DOE circular, age relaxation for admission of up to 30 days may be granted at the entry level by the head of the school in the minimum and upper age limit in these classes. The parents may request the same using the template provided.(Click here)

Note: Management Quota Seats of 20% as authorized are part of the 60 seats and the same will be utilized against vacancies arising from withdrawal of students after the first list. Sibling cases will be given preference.

- Ration card issued in the name of parent
- Domicile certificate of child or parent
- Voter I-Card (EPIC) of the parent/s
- Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of the parent/s or child
- Aadhaar Card/UID card of the parents

First Born Child: Affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/-, to be signed by both parents (Deponent 1, Deponent 2) as per the Performa provided. (Click here)

School Alumni: School leaving certificate/ mark sheet of – a) Class V of Salwan Junior School, Naraina Vihar or b) Class XII from any school under aegis of Salwan Education Trust.

Girl Child: Birth certificate of the child will suffice.

For Single Parent- valid Legal Proof of his/her single status (death certificate/undertaking of single status) to be submitted during verification.

Proof of Achievements of parents in terms or :
Publication of -Original research work in any field, a Book, an Article or a Blog on any recognized online portal or print media. or
Excellence in Sports, Theatre, Art, Literature, Dance, Music, Environmental Conservation, or Rural/State development initiatives.

(Note: Recognitions must be acknowledged by the Government of India, GNCT of Delhi, other state governments, or bodies recognised or registered with them.)

Online Registration Process:

You need access to Debit / Credit Card, Net Banking, etc. to make payment online.

A payment of Rs 25/- is to be paid online as registration fee. The registration process will be completed only after successful payment of registration fee via the payment gateway.

An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you. A “Registration Number” corresponding to the Applicant will also be generated, which is to be used for further communication with the school.

Criteria Point:

Admission shall be granted as per point system (subject to verification of documents of applicants). In case the number of applicants with the same points exceeds the number of seats available, a draw of lots will be held.

Recognition/Achievement in the field of Research or Sports/Culture	Children whose parents have achieved any one of the following a) Published any one of the following- Original research work in any field, a Book, an Article or a Blog on any recognized online portal or print media b) Received International/National/State recognition for achievement in any of the following disciplines: Sports, Theatre, Art, Literature, Dance, Music, Environment, Rural/State development initiative. (Acknowledged by Government of India or GNCT of Delhi,State Govt. or a body recognized by or registered with them) Points will be allotted to either of the one (a, b or c) categories above. In case parents have multiple achievements, maximum points remain 5 i.e. for any one category	5 points
