General Instructions:

Please read all instructions carefully before filling in the Online Registration Form.

We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser to fill this form.

Filling in this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on MERIT/on Merit Basis.

Parents having more than two children need not to apply as school adheres to two children policy.

Only one form per child will be accepted. Filling of more than one form will result in Cancellation of both/all forms submitted by the parents. In case, any updations required in the filled and submitted form, parents are requested to send a mail at admission@salwanjuniorschool.com.

Residence Proof (any one of the following pdf of 5 MB size)

- Ration card issued in the name of parent
- Domicile certificate of child or parent
- Voter I-Card (EPIC) of the parent/s
- Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of the parent/s or child
- Aadhaar Card/UID card of the parents

For Single Parent- valid Legal Proof of his/her single status (death certificate/undertaking of single status).

Report card /Result of the Last Examination from the previous school Aadhaar Card for Child and Parents

Online Registration Process:

You need access to Debit / Credit Card, Net Banking, etc. to make payment online.

A payment of Rs 25/- is to be paid online as registration fee. The registration process will be completed only after successful payment of registration fee via the payment gateway.

An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you. A “Registration Number” corresponding to the Applicant will also be generated, which is to be used for further communication with the school.

Disclaimer:

The school does not accept any donations for admissions. Parents should be aware of third parties before false claims of procuring admission and collecting money on behalf of the school. If they enter into any transaction with such parties, they will be doing so at their own risk and school shall not be responsible for it. The school would appreciate knowing if there is any such person so that proper legal action can be taken against him/her.
