The form comprises of 5 stages, i.e. Student Details, Parent Details, Communication Detail, Documents Uploading & Payment.

You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documentsstage. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready, before starting to fill the form.

Self attested copies of the following documents to be uploaded.

Birth certificate of the child.

Proof of residence of parents:-Votar ID Card /Aadhaar UID Card / Passport / Domicile Certificate / Ration Card / Electricity Bill / Any other document supported by government in the name of any parents or child).

In the case of child with special need: - Supporting medical documents and affidavit affirming the facts.

Please upload latest passport size, coloured photographs of the student, parents or guardian (if applicable).

Once you submit the form it will redirect you to payment page where you need to pay the Application amount ₹ 25.00 per form.

You would need access to Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, etc. to make payment online.

An acknowledgment E-Mail will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you. And a “Form (Application) No” corresponding to the Applicant will also be generated, which is to be used for any further communication with the school.

For Alumni (Summer Fields School Kailash Colony Only)- A copy of the pass certificate of class X / XII issued by CBSE.

In the case of first child: - Notary attested Affidavit affirming that he / she is the first born child. Sample Affidavit Format
