Important Guidelines and Regulations for Parents at the Time of Admission :

Welcome to Sapphire International School :

Congratulations on choosing Sapphire International School for your learner! We are delighted to be part of your child’s journey of learning through exploring, experiencing, experimenting, and enquiring. Your support is vital to our community, and we are grateful to have you with us.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for your learner, we kindly request your cooperation with the following guidelines:

Daily Essentials :

School Essentials: Please ensure your learner carries their school diary and bag daily.

Communication: Regularly check your child’s school diary and school application for any remarks or notes from the class teacher, and kindly acknowledge them.

Circulars: Read all school circulars carefully, as they contain important information. Return the acknowledgment receipt promptly

Uniform: Your learner should arrive at school in a neat uniform, with a clean handkerchief and I-card, and wearing comfortable sports shoes. For toddlers, we recommend keeping a set of fresh clothes at school.

Parking Norms: Parents dropping off or picking up their children are requested to follow parking norms. Disorganized parking near the school gate or residential areas causes inconvenience to others. Kindly park responsibly during school visits.

Event Punctuality: Please adhere to the time slots allotted for Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) or any other school events. Punctuality sets a positive example for your learner.

Meeting with Teachers: If you wish to meet with your child’s class teacher, please schedule an appointment one day in advance. Meetings can be scheduled between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm on working days.

Excursions and Safety : The schedule for outings and excursions may be subject to change based on safety concerns.

Guidelines for Students Using School Transport :

Punctuality: School transport drivers will not wait more than one minute at the designated stops. To avoid delays, please arrive at the stop at least five minutes early.

Routing and Scheduling: The school reserves the right to adjust transport routes, stop locations, or pick-up/drop-off times. Any changes will be communicated to parents in advance.

Service Adjustments: School transport services on certain routes may be discontinued if traffic congestion or other concerns arise.

Transport Charges: Transport fees may be adjusted in response to changes in fuel prices or other related factors.

Drop/Pick-Up Points: For security reasons, school transport vehicles will only drop/pick up children at the entrance gates of housing societies.

Guidelines for Events and Functions :

Event Circulars: A circular will be sent before each event. Please read it carefully for important details.

Punctuality: Kindly arrive and be seated at the venue on time to avoid disruptions.

Photography: To maintain focus and avoid distractions, please refrain from using cameras during the program.

Respecting Performers: Please avoid waving at performers during their acts, as it can be distracting.

Restricted Areas: Entry into the green room or backstage area is not permitted.

Dispersal on Special Occasions: Dispersal will follow specific guidelines. We ask that you adhere to them, as individual requests cannot be accommodated.

Extended Practice Time: Practice sessions may occasionally be extended by 30 minutes beyond regular hours.

Other Information :

Fee Structure: School fees may be adjusted annually in line with inflation .

Fee Payments: Fees is payable quarterly by the 7th of April, July, October, and January. If not paid by the 15th of the month, transport services will be suspended, and further delays may result in your child’s name being removed from the rolls.

Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that the admission fee and annual charges are non-refundable.

Holiday Calendar: The school follows the same holiday calendar as the formal school.

Section Changes: Requests for section changes during the middle of the session cannot be accommodated.

Admission Updates: The school will keep you informed about admission dates for mainstream schools.

Parking for Walkers: Parents who walk to pick up or drop off their children should park their vehicles near B Block, by the water tank. Please note that the school is not responsible for the safety or loss of vehicles.
