GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for your interest in RP Goenka International School. Please read the rules and regulations carefully before filling up the application form:

1. This Application Form is applicable for applications being made to the School for Nursery, Junior KG, Senior KG, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, Grade 4 & Grade 5, for the academic year 2023-2024.

2. Before filling up the Admissions Application Form, please go through the Admission Overview on the school website thoroughly as it contains details regarding the important dates and other details of the admission process.

3. The fee structure for the Academic Year 2023-24 is enclosed below.

4. Please find below the list of documents that will be required at the time of filling up the Application Form. Please keep a scan copy of the list of documents ready at the time of filling up this Application Form.

5. Parents are required to fill up this Application Form themselves.

6. The Application Form should be complete in all respects and the information provided should be true. In case of any discrepancy, the School reserves the right to cancel the Application Form and the admission of the applicant.

7. There is an option to save the Application Form if you intend to complete the form later.

8. After submitting the form, you will receive an acknowledgment via email on the email which you have provided, which will also contain the Admissions Registration No.

9. The submission of the Application Form does not imply admission.

10. The decision of the School regarding admission to all classes will be final and binding on all applicants and their parents/guardians.

11. If admitted, all formalities regarding admission should be completed in full and by the dates specified, failing which the Offer of Admission granted will stand automatically cancelled.

12. Once admission is granted to any class there will be no refund of fees or any other charges paid at the time of admission. The above is applicable even if the student withdraws from the school without having attended a single class. Only the Security Deposit is refundable after adjustments, if any.

13. No recommendations for admission of an applicant will be entertained. Recommendations received, if any, will lead to disqualification of the applicant from the admissions process or after admission.

14. Each applicant can only apply once for admission to RPGIS for a new academic year. In case the applicant is not selected and you apply for admission again for the same academic year, your application will not be considered.

15. This form is divided into 5 sections, followed by a declarations section and link to payment of Application Fee.

	Parent's Permanent Residential Address	-Copy of valid passport/aadhar card/ voter ID showing address details -Foreign Nationals will be required to attach a copy of any other valid document to establish proof of residence.
