GENERAL INFORMATION/INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for showing your interest in RP Goenka International School (RPGIS). Please read the following information/instructions carefully while filling in the Admissions Application Form (AAF).

This AAF is applicable for Grade 6,7 & 8 for the academic year 2024-2025.
Before and during filling in the AAF, please go through the Admission Overview on the RPGIS website thoroughly as it contains details of the admission process.
The fee structure for the Academic Year 2024-25 may be found in the next section of the AAF.
Please find the list of documents at the bottom which will be required at the time of filling in the AAF. Please keep an electronic copy of the documents ready at the time of filling in this AAF, since these documents will be required to be uploaded.
Parents are required to fill in this AAF by themselves.
The AAF should be complete in all respects with true information. In case of any discrepancy, RPGIS reserves the right to cancel and/or revoke the AAF and/or the admission, as the case may be.
There is an option to save this AAF if you intend to complete the form later by clicking on the link sent to you in the email with the AAF link.
You shall have to make payment of the registration fee as a conditioned precedent of submitting the duly completed AAF.
The AAF shall also contain a unique alphanumeric number. After submitting the AAF, an autogenerated acknowledgment will be sent to the preferred email address.
The submission of the AAF does not guarantee admission in RPGIS.
The decision of RPGIS regarding admission shall be final and binding.
If admitted, all other formalities regarding admission including payment of fees shall be completed, in all respects, within the stipulated date, failing which the Offer of Admission will stand cancelled.
Once admission is granted, there shall be no refund of fees or any other charges paid at the time of admission and/or thereafter, except the interest-free Security Deposit, after adjustments, if any. This is applicable even if the candidate withdraws from RPGIS without having attended a single class.
No recommendations for admission will be entertained. Recommendation received, if any, will lead to the disqualification of this AAF.
Application can be submitted only once in an academic year for a candidate. In case the candidate is not selected, no further application in the same academic year will be considered.
This is an entirely online process. No signature is required.

Undertaking for submission of the mid-term/1st term/ half yearly report card if the same is not readily available - In case the applicant has attended multiple schools, copy of the report card of the last grade completed in immediate previous school is sufficient.
	Applicants Record of Counselling & Psychological Referrals	-Applicant's Records of counselling & psychological help (if any).
	Medical Information	-Applicant's Medical Records (if any)

None of us shall misrepresent or conceal any information in the AAF.

None of us shall obtain or seek to obtain information pertaining to question(s) relating to interaction(s)/interview(s)/assessment(s) which may give our candidate any undue advantage.

None of us will obtain or seek to obtain tutoring for admissions from any RPGIS teacher or other staff member of RPGIS.

None of us nor any person for and on behalf of any of us shall ever challenge the outcome of the admission process in any judicial or any other fora, since each one of us clearly undertakes and agrees that the decision of RPGIS authority in this regard is final and binding on each one us.

Each one of us understands and agrees that if any information is found to be contrary to what has been submitted, this Form and/or admission if granted, may be cancelled or revoked at any point of time.

The candidate is medically fit to join RPGIS, if admitted.

Each one of us understands and agrees that all fees, deposited as part of the admission process or even thereafter are non-refundable, except the interest-free Security Deposit, after adjustments, if any. This, each one us understands to be valid even if a candidate withdraws after admission, and/or has not attended a single class.

Each one us and the candidate, if admitted shall support the philosophy of RPGIS and follow all its policies and rules and regulations.

Each one of us will keep abreast of developments in RPGIS by checking the RPGIS website and all other RPGIS platforms regularly.

The candidate, if admitted, shall participate in the events and activities of the RPGIS at all times.

Each one of us has the financial capabilities of paying the fees as applicable from time to time.

Each one of us shall pay the fees and other charges, as applicable from time to time, If the candidate is admitted.

Each one of us shall approach the RPGIS authorities directly, in case of any issue and shall not take recourse to any other fora.

Each one of us shall comply with all visa and other requirements concerning the entry of the candidate into India.

Each one of us gives unqualified consent for RPGIS to seek additional information through the preferred email address.

Each one of us promise to keep all information regarding this AAF and any stage/stages of the admission process, confidential.

Each one of us has furnished all the information required by RPGIS to ensure the academic, social, and emotional well-being of the candidate which includes, but not limited to academic/behavioural/counselling/occupational therapy, intervention details, psycho-educational reports, etc.

Each one of us understands and agrees that the admission decision depends, inter alia, on the information, submitted during the application process, and any change in such information may lead to cancellation and or revocation of the admission.

Each one of us understands and agrees that the decision to call our candidate for admission is at the sole and absolute discretion of the RPGIS authority and any decision of the RPGIS authority, in this regard, is not subject to challenge before any judicial or other fora.

Each one of us agrees and understands that submission of this AAF does not, by any means, guarantees admission in RPGIS.

Each one of us understands and agrees that all payment made during admission process and even thereafter are non-refundable except the interest free security deposit, after adjustment, if any. This is applicable even if the candidate withdraws from RPGIS without having attended a single class.

The interest free Security Deposit after adjustments, if any,will be refunded only upon the student leaving RPGIS permanently.

Each one of us understands that the candidate (and his/her siblings) may be permanently disqualified from RPGIS if any or all of the above-mentioned declarations is/are not complied with.
