and understood the admission procedure of
Redbricks School and I agree to follow it
I understand
that false representation of facts and/ or
canvassing for enrolment to the School, in any
form, monetary or otherwise, will lead to
disqualification of this application form for
admission now, or any time in the future.
I undertake
that admission of my child to Redbricks School
is subject to the age of the child as given in
the birth certificate being true and accurate.
All other information submitted is also true.
I agree to my
child’s photograph appearing in any Redbricks
promotional material without the need for any
approval from me.
I understand
that the school places highest priority on
children’s safety and security. It has put in
place good practices and appointed trained
officers to ensure the safety and security of
children, and I am satisfied with the same. I
agree not to hold the school liable in the event
of any safety and security related incident
occurring with my child.
I agree to my
child’s participation in all activities at
in-house & outbound field trips as a part of the
regular school program. I understand that
adequate and appropriate supervision will be
provided. I recognize, however, that
unanticipated situations and problems can arise
on any trip, where situations or problems are
not reasonably within the control of the
supervising teacher(s) or staff (including
volunteers). I further agree to release and hold
harmless the authorities, staff, teachers and
volunteers, from any and all liability, claims,
suits, demands, judgments, costs, interest and
expense arising from such activities, and at the
EYC including any accident or injury to the
child and the costs of medical services.
In the event
of an injury requiring medical attention, I
hereby grant permission to the supervising
teacher(s) or staff (including volunteers) to
attend to my son/daughter.
I Understand
that the admission granted to my child will be
provisional in nature till the time of
submission of original school leaving
certificate (mandatory for Class1 onwards) &
other documents required by the school as well
as payment of applicable fees.
The fees
charged.
The one-time
charges and annual fees once paid are neither
refundable nor transferable under any
circumstances.
When the child
moves from Redbricks Sr.KG to Class 1, the
differential amount of one-time charges will be
paid by me to secure admission as per the
structure existing at that time.
The program
implemented
The
Management’s right to implement changes to the
fees and the academic program
The School’s
right to retain any material created by the
children in the program and use the same for
promotional purposes.
For any
enrollment withdrawal while the program is in
progress, the parents will be required to
Submit a
withdrawal application one month in advance to
the counselor, and Pay the full fees until the
end of the respective installment period. All
the remaining dues have to be settled before the
withdrawal can be processed
If a child
doesn’t attend the school for 3 months or more
without any leave notification or any withdrawal
application, then the admission will be deemed
as cancelled, and I would be obliged to pay any
outstanding fees and other dues as per the
school’s policy. The school would not be liable
to refund fees already paid by me.
I understand
that Informational SMS’s may be sent to my
Mobile no ____________through the centre from
time to time. In case of any change in this
mobile no., I shall inform the Counselor of the
new number.
