Please read all the instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

Application Forms are available both online and offline.

Candidates born between 01st April 2019 to 31th March 2020 are applicable to fill the form. Minimum age should be 3 Yrs as on 31st March, 2022 at the time of admission to Pre-School.

The Online registration Fee is Rs. 25 to be paid in the school along with the print out of the form and photocopies of the documents.

Filled application form needs to be submitted offline.

Self attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the child.

Self attested photocopy of Residence proof Electricity Bill /Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the Parents of Child.

Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her parents.

Aadhar Card/UID issued in the name of both of the parents.

Aadhar Card of the child.

Printout of School Registration Form filled online.

Medical Documentation and Certificate from an authorized medical officer if the child is suffering from some medical ailment or is a child with special need.

Two passport size photographs each of parent and child.

Open the website and click on  Online Registration.

You will get a Registration Number along with a copy of the filled Registration Form. This will complete the registration process.

Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for verification of documents in the school premises on the given date and time.

At the time of verification of documents applicants will be required to bring original documents for verification and self attested photocopies for submission.

After verification of documents, applicants will be further shortlisted based on points acquired in criteria post verification of documents, and offered admission in order of points. In case the number of applicants with the same points is more than the number of seats, a draw of lots will be conducted.

Incomplete and incorrect forms will not be accepted.
