General Instructions:

Please read all instruction carefully before filling online registration form.

We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.

You would be required to upload certain documents in the documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready before starting to fill the form.

The intimation for assessment / observation/ interaction/ interview/ Admission confirmation will be notified via Email / SMS.

The online registration Fee is Rs 500 to be paid online.

Filling the registration form and payment of registration fee does not guarantee the admission in the school.

Documents Required During the Admission Process:

Photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate (D.O.B.) of the child issued by Municipal Corporation or the concerned civic authority.

Photocopy of the Aadhar Card (Mother, Father & Child)

Address Proof (Photocopy of Passport/Voter I card/Aadhar Card/Rent Agreement/Driving License Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the Parents if address mentioned on Aadhar card is not the same as the press.

ID proof of the Organisation parents are working with.

Photocopy of Educational Qualification of both parents.

Original Transfer Certificate (T.C.) & photocopy of Report Card of the previous school (class 1st onwards)

In case of Guardian, photocopy of Passport/Voter I card/Aadhar Card/Rent Agreement/Driving License and Legal guardianship papers (in original)

Caste Certificate if belongs to SC/ST/OBC.

Self-declaration of Income (parents)

All documents file sizes should be less than 1MB. All document file types should be in PDF / JPEG /JPG only.

In case If you face any issues while uploading the document, you can contact the school.

Online Registration Process:

Once you submit the form, it will redirect you to the payment page where you have to pay a Registration Fee of ₹ 500.

You will get a Registration Number along with a copy of the filled Registration Form. This will complete the registration process.

Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for verification of documents.

At the time of verification of documents applicants will be required to bring original documents for verification and self attested photocopies for submission.

After verification of documents, the shortlisted applicants will be invited for the admission process.

Incomplete forms will be rejected.
