Application Forms are available Online Only.

Candidates born between 01st March 2017 to 30th April 2018 are applicable to fill the form. Minimum age should be 3 Yrs as on 31st March, 2021.

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.

The Online Registration Fee is Rs. 25 to be paid online.

Without Payment, the form shall not be accepted.

Filling the registration form and payment of registration fee does not guarantee the Admission in the school.

The total number of seats available for Pre-school for the academic year 2021-22 is 100.

The Admission form shall be activated on 18th February 2021 from 11.00 AM until 02.00 PM on 15th March 2021.

Self Attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the child. .

Self Attested photocopy of Residence proof (either of the following)- Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents(Mother/Father having name of child).

Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her Parents.

Voter I - Card (EPIC) of any of the Parents. .

Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the Parents or Child.

Adhaar Card/UID issued in the name of any of the Parents.

Child's Adhaar Card.

Proof of Sibling-(Copy of Fee Receipt / ID Card).

Acknowledgment slip.

Printout of school Registration Form filled online.

Medical Documentation and certificate from a competent medical officer if the child is suffering from some medical ailment or is a special need child.

Two passport size photographs each of parent and child.

Open the website and click on Online registration.

Once you submit the form, it will redirect you to the payment page where you have to pay a registration fee of Rs. 25.

You will get a Registration Number along with a copy of the filled Registration Form. This will complete the registration process.

Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for verification of documents.

At the time of verification of documents applicants will be required to bring original documents for verification and self attested photocopies for submission.

After verification of documents, applicants will be further shortlisted based on points acquired in criteria post verification of documents, and offered admission in order of points. In case the number of applicants with the same points is more than the number of seats, a draw of lots will be conducted.

If your name is in the shortlist you will be required to visit the school for verification of documents on the given date and time.

Incomplete forms will be rejected.
