1) This is an electronic Registration Form for Modern Convent School, Sector-4, Dwarka only. Please read these instructions and guidelines carefully before filling the Registration Form.
2) Please ensure that you have a good internet connection while filling up the Registration Form.
3) Please fill in each entry of the form. It is mandatory to fill in the fields indicated with asterisk (*).
4) After filling the Registration Form, make payment for final Registration.
5) Kindly note that bank charges for Online Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card as applicable will be added to the Registration fee of Rs. 25/-.
6) Please keep your credit card / debit card and other banking details handy while filling up the Registration Form. This website is secured and the school does not store any banking related information.
7) Non-payment of Registration fee will lead to cancellation of the Registration Form.
8) Once the form is filled the Application Number (ex: MCS/APP/0001) will be generated. A Registration Number (ex: 01) will be allotted after successful payment of Rs. 25.
9) Registration Number will be written on top of the form. The Registration Number will also be mentioned on the acknowledgement slip. For all communication in future only Registration Number will be used.
10) Application Number/Registration Number will be send in your given Email ID.(Check your Inbox/Spam folder)
11) To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant. If you have already filled the Form but did not make payment, kindly click here to proceed with the payment.
12) Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
13) The application is liable to be cancelled, if any information is found to be incorrect or false, at any point during the registration / admission process.
14) Refer to Annexure 1 before selecting the slab for Distance. Kindly ensure that locality mentioned under the information “Residential Address” should be the same as selected under information for “Neighbourhood”.
15) Hard copy of the form and other documents will be required only at the time of admission, if selected. Kindly DO NOT send any documents to the school.
16) Recheck all details carefully before submission as no corrections will be made thereafter.
17) Please note that submission of Registration Form does not guarantee admission of your ward in this school.
