General Instructions:

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form

Admission Open For Class Pre School and Mont I w.e.f. 28th Nov. 2024 (Thursday).

Application Forms are available Online Only.

Candidates born between 01st April 2021 to 31st March 2022 are applicable to fill the form.

For Preschool, the age will be less than four years as on 31st March, 2025.

The Online Registration Fee is Rs. 25 only.

Without the payment of Registration Fee, the form shall not be accepted.

Please note:- Filling the Registration Form and Payment of Registration Fee does not guarantee the admission in the school.

Documents required at the time of verification for admission

Printout of School Registration Form filled online WILL BE NEEDED AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION only.

Self-Attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the Child.

Self-Attested photocopy of Residence proof (either of the following) - Ration Card /Smart Card/Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the Parents or Child/ Domicile Certificate of Child or his/her parent and Voter I.D. Card of parent.

Aadhaar Card of both parents as well as child is  MANDATORY.

Proof of Sibling studying in Maharaja Agarsain Public School, Ashok Vihar i.e. Identity Card (Present session) or Copy of Latest Fee Receipt.

Proof of Alumni i.e. Copy of Class XII certificate of parent.

Proof of Staff ward (Staff working in Maharaja Agarsain Public School, Ashok Vihar)

Medical Documentation and Certificate from a competent medical officer if the child is suffering from some medical ailment or is a special need child.

Two latest passport size photographs each of Parent and Child NEEDED AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION.

Online Registration Process

Click on Online Registration link.

Once you submit the form, it will redirect you to the payment page where you have to pay a Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- only.

Once the Registration form is filled and payment done, you will get an acknowledgement receipt bearing the Registration No. The same will be sent on the given Email I.D. This will complete the registration process.

Incomplete forms will be rejected.

Only shortlisted applicants (on the basis of points) will be invited for verification of documents.

In case the number of applicants with the same points is more than the number of seats available, a draw of lots will be conducted, information related to which will be shared two days in advance.

KINDLY NOTE:

Name of parent and student should be as per Aadhar card.

All details mentioned in the form must match the original documents of verification.

NO HARDCOPY OF THE REGISTRATION TO BE SUBMITTED AFTER REGISTRATION. IT WILL BE REQUIRED ONLY AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION OF THE DOCUMENTS IN CASE THE CANDIDATE IS SELECTED IN ANY LIST.
