GUIDELINES

The name of the applicant, father’s name / mother’s name, date of birth, should be mentioned correctly on the form. Requests for corrections will not be entertained later. Any discrepancies between the personal details mentioned on the form and the child’s Birth Certificate may lead to cancellation of registration.

It is mandatory to complete all fields marked (*) in red. In case a field is not applicable to you, please mention NA (Not applicable).

Please check the transport availability prior to completing the registration process. Any request for addition and / or bus stops will be subject to discretion of management.

An incomplete registration form will automatically be rejected.

After completing the form and uploading the required documents, please click on ‘Submit’ button to receive an Acknowledgement Receipt’ containing your user ID and password, which will be required at the time of payment of admission fees. This user ID and password will also be sent to your registered mobile by SMS.

To get the Acknowledgement Receipt please make sure the ‘pop-up blocker’ is turned off.

Please take a print out of the Acknowledgement Receipt as well as the Registration Form submitted and retain them for all future correspondence.

The Registration Fee is Non- Refundable.
