REGISTRATION:

Step 1 / 7

Registration for the applicants under general category (open seats) will be completely online on the school website (www.laxmanpublicschool.com). There will be no paper form for registration.
1. The provision for filling the registration form and paying the application fees (₹25) is available only online on the school website. This is non refundable amount.
2. Registration will only be considered complete when you receive a Registration Number after successful submission of the form and registration fee online.
3. It is mandatory for the applicant to take a printout after submission of the form carrying the registration number on it as it is required at the time of admission.
4. There is no need for physical submission of the hard copy / printout of the form submitted online.
5. Duplicate registration will automatically amount to the cancellation of any one of the registrations of the applicant.
6. If your area is not mentioned / listed in the area drop–down select the location closest to your residence given in the drop–down option.

In case of twins, if one is selected the other one will also be selected (if registered).

Essential Documents Required:

The applicants shall submit a set of SELF ATTESTED photocopies of the documents listed below and produce the relevant original documents for the verification at the time of admission.

Kindly note these are not required at the time of online registration. Admission will be confirmed only if the documents are found to be authentic upon verification.

The following list of documents should be submitted for admission along with the hardcopy of registration form submitted online for verification, by the applicant selected for admission after declaration of list of successful candidates based on draw of lots.

Birth certificate bearing the name of the child and the parents (same as entered in the registration form) issued by the Municipal Corporation.

Proof of Residence (any one)
a. Ration Card / Smart Card issued in the name of the parents (mother / father having name of the child).
b. Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
c. Voter Identity Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
d. Electricity bill / MTNL Telephone bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
e. Aadhaar Card / UID Card issued in the name of any one of the parents.

Proof of Sibling (Real brother / sister) [if applicable]
Latest copy of fee bill of sibling for the academic session 2025-2026 from LPS
Copy of Report card from LPS

Proof of Alumni [if applicable]
School leaving certificate
Any document bearing the school admission number

In case the information given in the Registration form or attached documents are found to be incorrect, false or incomplete, the form is liable to be summarily rejected, and right to admission cancelled even if selected as per points secured or in the draw of lots.
