REGISTRATION:

Step 1 / 7

Registration for the applicants under general category (open seats) will be completely online on the school website (www.laxmanpublicschool.com).
1. The provision for filling the Registration Form and paying the Registration fees (₹25) is available only online on the school website. This is a non refundable amount.
2. Registration will only be considered complete when you receive a Registration Number after successful submission of the form and Registration fee online.
3. It is mandatory for the applicant to take a printout after submission of the form carrying the Registration number on it as it is required at the time of admission.
4. Hard Copy has to be submitted at the fee counter of the school after online registration along with the self attested copies of all the relevant documents.
5. Duplicate Registration will automatically amount to the cancellation of any one of the Registration of the applicant.

Essential Documents Required:

Birth Certificate

Proof of Residence (any one)
1. Ration Card / Smart Card issued in the name of the parents (mother / father having name of the student).
2. Domicile certificate of student or of his/her parents.
3. Voter Identity Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
4. Electricity bill / MTNL Telephone bill / Water bill in the name of the parents (only last 3 months)
5. Passport in the name of any of the parents or student.
6. Aadhaar Card / UID Card issued in the name of any one of the parents.
7. Social Category certificate proof

Proof of Sibling (Real brother / sister) [if applicable]
1. Latest copy of fee bill of sibling for the academic session 2025-2026 from LPS
2. Copy of Report card from LPS

Proof of Alumni [if applicable]
1. Any document bearing the school admission number
2. School leaving certificate

In case the information given in the Registration form or attached documents are found to be incorrect, false or incomplete, the form is liable to be summarily rejected.

Please note that it is mandatory for all students to fill the Stream Selection Form for registration to Class XI.
