Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on MERIT and NO DONATIONS ACCEPTED.
The form comprises 4 stages, i.e. Student Details, Parent Details, Communication Details, Documents Uploading & Payment.
You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready before starting to fill the form.
The intimation for confirmed admission will be sent via E-mail / SMS. Date of assessment / observation / interaction / interview will be notified via Email / SMS.
The applicants should strictly adhere to the age norms set by the school. All the decisions taken by the management concerning admissions will be final, binding and indisputable.
Parents seeking to exercise any form of influence including a recommendation by or through any person including any agents or persons, styling themselves as management representatives for securing admissions will be disqualified.
Documents required for Applicants are Passport size picture, Birth certificate, Transfer certificate & Report card.
Documents required for Parents are Passport size picture, PAN card and Aadhaar Card.
All document file sizes should be less than 1 MB. All document file types should be in PDF / JPEG / JPG format except applicant and parents passport size photo file type should be JPEG / JPG only.
Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or issued by Govt. Hospital shall be accepted.
Please upload the latest passport size, coloured photographs of the student, parents or guardian (if applicable).
The application form should be submitted before the scheduled date / time. Late submission of the application form will not be accepted / considered. Incomplete forms will not be accepted / considered.

You would need access to Debit / Credit Card, Net Banking, etc. to make payment online.
An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you and a “Registration No” corresponding to the Applicant will also be generated, which is to be used for any further communication with the school.
Once you have received the intimation for your child’s admission, the full fees have to be paid within the deadline given by the school. If you fail to make the payment of the full fee within the stipulated time frame, the seat will be given to another deserving candidate without giving any intimation / notice to you.

Registration Charges - Paid at the time of registration, it is a non-refundable, one-time charge, which can be paid through any online mode of payment.
Admission Charges - Paid at the time of admission, is a non-refundable, one-time charge, which can be paid through any online mode of payment.
School Composite Fee - Is a compulsory fee and is to be paid quarterly for all grades
Extended Day Charges - Is an optional facility for parents of children of Early Years.
After School Programme Charges - Is an optional facility for parents of children of class 1 and above.
Transport Charges- Is an optional facility for all classes.
The said facility is optional, and the school facilitates the same in limited areas and limited spots only.
Escorting the student to and from the bus stop is the sole responsibility of the parent.
Charges for the same may vary from point to point.

Composite School Fees are subject to yearly revision as per the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Self-Finance Independent Schools (Fee Regulation) Act 2018.
All other charges / fees, including Bus Fees, are subject to yearly revision as per Management discretion.
The school does not charge any Donation/ Capitation Fees.
The School Composite Fee, Extended Day Charges, After School Programme Charges and Transport charges-
Are to be paid quarterly, before/on the given due dates-
1st quarter (Apr-Jun) by 1st April
2nd quarter (Jul-Sep) by 15th July
3rd quarter (Oct-Dec) by 15th October
4th quarter (Jan-Mar) by 15th January

Is charged for the number of working days of a particular session and is to be paid quarterly in equal instalments for the ease of accounting.
This fee is refundable in full, if a new student has not availed the facility even for a single day or else the school’s withdrawal policy will be applicable.
After the lapse of the due date of fee payment, only online payment or D.D (along with late fee @ 50/- per day) will be accepted. If the school fee is not paid by 30th day (Jun/Sep/Dec/Mar) of the month of the following quarter, the school shall “struck off” the child’s name from the school rolls after intimating parents.
Late fee will be calculated from the next day of the due date till the date fee is received by the school.
In case of dishonour of cheque, a sum of 250/- will be levied towards service charge (in addition to the late fee), which will be levied till the date of payment through D.D.
In case of payment is made through Debit/Credit card, extra charges as applicable shall be borne by the parent
If the child has attended school even for a single day in the quarter, the entire quarter fee is applicable.
Following charges are not included in above, are optional and will be charged as per actuals.
Notebooks, textbooks, stationery items or school uniform etc. which may be purchased from anywhere
Charges for excursions, competitive exams, special events which are optional.
After school / outsourced / optional activity classes
The school reserves the right to alter/modify/restructure routes, in the interest of the students and school.
The school will offer transport to the nearest possible spot
The school will exercise due diligence while providing the transport facility with full security and safety
Astudent is only permitted to travel via the route allotted to him/her.
KWS has a zero tolerance towards unruly behaviour, like shouting, fighting, use of foul language or any such act. Refer to the Code of Conduct Policy of the school for more details on the consequences of any non-compliance in the same
The drivers are authorized to stop buses only at the designated stops unless otherwise directed by the bus in-charge. No diversion/ extension will be made on the existing routes
Charges for the said facility shall remain same, irrespective of the fact whether it is used one-way or two- way
Student wishing to discontinue the bus facility should inform the school office at least a month in advance. In case the said facility is used even for a day in a month, the full month's transport fee will be applicable. Also, no withdrawal from the bus will be allowed during the last quarter.
KWS parents applying for withdrawal from the school, need to send a written intimation on head.admissions@khaitanworld.com, one month prior to the last date of attendance. Should the parent fail to do so, one month notice period shall be deemed payable. Parents are also required to submit the issued belongings such as library books, RFID cards, etc. TC will be issued once the clearance is received from all the departments.
A student will be de-enrolled from the school if he/she is consecutively absent for more than one month without any prior written intimation to the school.
The school also reserves the right to de-enrol a student if fee is not paid within 20-days of the due date, for every quarter, with applicable late fee charges. In case of non-payment of dues, TC shall be issued subsequently with appropriate reasons mentioned therein.
