II :
Age Criteria : Children born between st July 2018 to 31st December 2019

Child Ordinal : Not more than 2

Important Dates :

I & II online registration for the AY 2026-27

Start date : Monday, 23rd March 2026

End date : Friday, 27th March 2026

Level Readiness Test Date: Monday, 6th April 2026 (Time 1.00pm to 2.00 pm).

The Final list of selected students will be displayed on the school website on Wednesday, 8th April 2026 at 3.00 pm.

Admission will be confirmed only after the meeting with the School Authorities, Payment of Fees and Refundable Deposit and submission of relevant documents at the school office on: 13th April 2026 from 8.00 am to 10.00am

While registering, please enter the mothers name and fathers name as per the Aadhaar card.

While registering, the Primary Contact No. given by the parent will be considered for further communications.

The current address given by the parents will be considered for further communication.

After registration, parent shall pay the Application Form Fee of Rs. 1500/- (non-refundable). All payments should be made through Net banking, debit card or credit card only (no cash or cheque payments allowed).

If you don't pay the Registration Form Fee", your ward will not be eligible for the Level Readiness Test and Registration No.

Only after successful payment of form fee/Registration fee, parents shall fill the form (use laptop/desktop) and submit it online. The fields which are not applicable, you can write N A

After successful payment of registration fee, a receipt will be generated.

Please fill the application form in upper case only (capital letters).

This application is invalid without the parent’s/guardian’s signature

Acceptance of application form does not guarantee admission.

Kindly upload the scanned copy of a recent passport size photo of the child and parent’s signature which is mentioned on the form. Also, upload the required documents such as scanned copy of birth certificate, Aadhar card.

Admission Procedure:

After registration and payment of the Registration Fee, the candidate will be called for Level Readiness Test in the school on Monday, 6th April 2026 (Time 1.00pm to 2.00 pm) (English, Maths and EVS).

Admission of those whose names will appear on the final list of the selected students (displayed on the website) will be confirmed only after the meeting with the School Authorities, Payment of Fees and Refundable Deposit and submission of relevant documents on Monday, 13th April 2026.

Submission of the documents in the school office at the time of Admission is mandatory.

2. Original Birth Certificate (for Std I).
3. School Leaving Certificate (for Std II).
4. Photocopy of Aadhar card (Father, Mother & student).
5. Caste Certificate of student (if applicable).
6. Caste Certificate of Father (if student’s caste certificate is not available).

Imp. Note: The student’s name on the Admission form should be as per Birth Certificate/ Leaving Certificate and the Aadhar card to avoid future complications in Shikshan Mandal portal.

If the process is not completed on the specified date, the seat will be offered to another candidate.

Note: Caution money is refundable at the time of leaving the school or 10th passed out whichever is earlier
Original receipt copy is required for claiming the refund of caution money failing which refund will not be processed.
After the successful fee payment take a print out of the receipt generated.

Refund and Cancellation Policy :

Refund Policy for Primary Tuition Fees, Term fees

Admission fee of Rs. 10,000/- will be non-refundable.

If admission is cancelled in the month of May, 80 % of Tution fee, Term fee and PTA Membership Fee will be refunded and 20% will be deducted.

If admission is cancelled in the month of June, 70% of Tution fee, Term fee and PTA Membership Fee will be refunded and 30 % will be deducted.

After June 30th , no amount of the fees will be refunded.

Fees once deposited will not be adjusted or Transferred under any circumstances.

Fees should be paid strictly as per the fee structure, within specified period.
