Criteria for Admission :

MINI KG :
Age Criteria : Children born between 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023

Child Ordinal : Not more than 2

Entire admission Process and Fee payment is online only

Important Dates :

Mini KG   online registration for the AY 2026-27

Start date : Friday, 14th November 2025

End date : Thursday, 18th November 2025

Documents to be submitted in the school office from Monday, 17th November 2025 to Wednesday, 19th November 2025 between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Submission of documents in the school office is mandatory.

Last date for document submission in the school office is Wednesday, 19th Nov. 2025

List of shortlisted candidates along with School Visit schedule will be displayed on the school website on Thursday, 20th Nov. 2025 at around 3:00 pm

School visit for Mini KG parents along with the child will be on Friday, 21st Nov. 2025 and Saturday, 22nd Nov. 2025. At least one parent along with the child must come for the school visit.
The parents are requested to attend the school visit only on the date assigned. If the parents come for the school visit other than the assigned date, they will not be entertained.

The list of selected students and the waiting list will be displayed on the school website on Tuesday, 2nd December 2025.

School fee payment – Those who are on the list of selected students can make the online payment from Monday, 1st December 2025 to Friday, 5th December 2025   and confirm the admission. If the parent fails to do so, the seat will be offered to the students who are on waiting list.

Registration Process :

While registering the Primary contact No. given by the parent will be considered for further communication.

The current address given by the parents will be considered for further communication.

After registration, parent shall pay the application form fee of Rs. 1500/- (non-refundable) through Net banking, debit card or credit card only.

Only after successful payment of form fee/Registration fee, parents shall fill the form (use laptop/desktop) and submit it online. The fields which are not applicable, you can write N A

After successful payment of registration fee, a receipt will be generated.

Please fill the application form in upper case only (capital letters).

This application is invalid without the parent’s/guardian’s signature

Acceptance of application form does not guarantee admission.

Kindly upload the scanned copy of  recent  passport size photo of child and parent’s signature. Also, upload the required documents such as scanned copy of birth certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), address proof (Aadhaar card/MSEB bill/Rent agreement – Index 2).

Parents shall take the print out of the receipt and the application form.

Submit the following documents in the school office from Monday, 17th to Wednesday, 19th Nov. 2025 between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and receive the acknowledgement on parent’s copy of the receipt. Submission of the documents in the school office is mandatory.

Last date for document submission in the school office: Wednesday, 19th November 2025.

Admission Procedure :

After verification of the documents by the school office, a list of shortlisted candidates along with the school visit schedule will be displayed on the school website on Thursday, 20th Nov. 2025 at around 3:00 pm and email will be sent to the shortlisted candidates.

At least one parent along with the child will come for school visit on the given date and time slot.

After school visit, a final list of selected students along with the instruction for the admission fee payment will be displayed on the school website on Tuesday, 2nd December 2025.

The parents will have to confirm the admission from their end by paying the 1st term school fee from Monday, 1st December 2025 to Friday, 5th December 2025. If not paid within the specified period, the seat will be offered to the other candidate.

By using their Registration No. and their Mobile No., the parents can pay the fees through net banking, debit card or credit card. (no cash or cheque payments) within the specified time.

Note : Caution Money is refundable at the time of leaving the school.
Original receipt copy is required for claiming refund of caution money failing which refund will not be processed.
Please preserve the receipt to be enclosed with SLC and application for refund for claiming refundable caution money

After the successful fee payment take a print out of the receipt generated.

Submit the following documents in the school office on working days (Monday to Friday) between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and receive the acknowledgement on parent’s copy of the receipt.

3. Caste Certificate (if applicable)

The admission procedure will be completed only after submitting the above documents.

Once the admission procedure is complete, the shift allotment will be displayed on the school website.

Refund and Cancellation Policy :

Refund Policy for Pre-Primary Tuition Fees, Term and Snack fees (for new Admission only as here admissions begin in December)

For withdrawal of admissions up to 31st December - 20% of the first instalment of Fee will be deducted, 80% will be refunded (1st month).

For withdrawal of admission from 1st January to 31st March - 30% of first instalment will be deducted and 70% will be refunded (2nd, 3rd and 4th month).

For withdrawal of admissions from 1st April to 31st May - 50% of the first instalment will be deducted and 50% of the fees will be refunded (5th and 6th month).

For withdrawal of Admissions after 31st May, no refund of fee will be given.

Fees once deposited will not be adjusted or Transferred under any circumstances.

Fees should be paid strictly as per the fee structure, within specified period.

JR. KG & SR. KG Admission :

JR. KG & SR. KG admission process will be started from 12th Jan. to 18th Jan. 2026

JR. KG :
Age Criteria : Children born between 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2022

SR. KG :
Age Criteria : Children born between 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2021
