Age Criteria : Children born between 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2021.

Entire admission Process and Fee payment is online only.

Important Dates :

Start date : Monday, 12th January 2026

End date : Sunday, 18th January 2026

Documents to be submitted in the school office from Monday, 12th January 2026 to Tuesday, 20th January 2026 between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. Submission of documents in the school office is mandatory.

Last date for document submission in the school office is Tuesday, 20th January 2026.

The shortlisted candidates will receive an email regarding parent interaction date and time on the registered email address on Wednesday, 21st January 2026.

At least one parent along with the child must come for the parent interaction.
The parents are requested to attend the parent interaction only on the date assigned. If the parents come for the parent interaction other than the assigned date, they will not be entertained.

The students selected for the admission after parent interaction will be notified via email on Saturday, 24th January 2026.

School fee payment -The selected students can make the online fee payment by Friday, 3Oth January 2026 and confirm the admission. If the parent fails to do so, the seat will be offered to the students who are on waiting list.

While registering, please enter mother name and father name as per Aadhaar card.

While registering the Primary contact No. given by the parent will be considered for further communication.

The current address given by the parents will be considered for further communication.

After registration, parent shall pay the application form fee of Rs. 1500/- (non-refundable) through Net banking, debit card or credit card only.

Only after successful payment of form fee/Registration fee, parents shall fill the form (use laptop/desktop) and submit it online. The fields which are not applicable, you can write NA

After successful payment of registration fee, a receipt will be generated.

Please fill the application form in upper case only (capital letters).

This application is invalid without the parent’s/guardian’s signature.

Acceptance of application form does not guarantee admission.

Kindly upload the scanned copy of  recent  passport size photo of child and parent’s signature. Also, upload the required documents such as scanned copy of birth certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), address proof (Aadhaar card/MSEB bill/Rent agreement – Index 2).

Parents shall take the print out of the receipt and the application form.

Submit the following documents in the school office from Monday, 12th to Tuesday, 20th January 2026 and receive the acknowledgement on parent’s copy of the receipt. Submission of the documents in the school office is mandatory.

4. Photocopy of the birth certificate.
5. Photocopy of Aadhar card (Father, Mother & student)

Last date for document submission in the school office: Tuesday, 20th January 2026.

Admission Procedure :

After verification of the documents by the school office, shortlisted candidates will receive an email regarding parent interaction schedule on the registered email on 21st January 2026.

At least one parent along with the child will come for parent interaction on the given date and time slot.

After parent interaction, an email will be sent to selected students along with the instruction for the admission fee payment by 24th January.

The parents will have to confirm the admission from their end by paying the 1st term school fee from Saturday, 24th January to Friday, 30th January 2026. If not paid within the specified period, the seat will be offered to the other candidate.

By using their Registration No. and their Mobile No., the parents can pay the fees through net banking, debit card or credit card. (no cash or cheque payments) within the specified time.

Note : Caution Money is refundable at the time of leaving the school.
Original receipt copy is required for claiming refund of caution money failing which refund will not be processed.

After the successful fee payment take a print out of the receipt generated.

Submit the following documents in the school office on working days (Monday to Friday) between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and receive the acknowledgement on parent’s copy of the receipt.

3. Caste Certificate (if applicable)

The admission procedure will be completed only after submitting the above documents.

Refund and Cancellation Policy :

Refund Policy for Pre-Primary Tuition Fees, Term and Snack fees (for new Admission only as here admissions begin in December)

For withdrawal of admissions up to 28th February 2026 - 20% of the first instalment of Fee will be deducted, 80% will be refunded (1st month).

For withdrawal of admission from 1st March to 31st March 2026 - 30% of first instalment will be deducted and 70% will be refunded (2nd, 3rd and 4th month).

For withdrawal of admissions from 1st April to 31st May 2026- 50% of the first instalment will be deducted and 50% of the fees will be refunded (5th and 6th month).

For withdrawal of Admissions after 31st May 2026, no refund of fee will be given.

Fees once deposited will not be adjusted or Transferred under any circumstances.

Fees should be paid strictly as per the fee structure, within specified period.

Admission process for std 1 will start from 2nd February 2026 :

Age Criteria: Children born between 1st January 2020 to 31st December 2020.
** Admissions for other classes (grade 2 to 8) will start in April 2026.
