Filling up of this form does not guarantee admission of your child.

You are requested to carefully read the criteria / point system for Nursery admission.

The school has only 80 Seats / Vacancies open.

The form comprises of 6 Parts, i.e. Instructions, Student And Parent Details,Upload Documents, Complete.
