General Instructions:

We recommend that you use Computer or Laptop for filling this form.

Filling up of this form does not guarantee admission of your child.

You are requested to carefully read the criteria / point system for nursery admission.

The school has only 90 Seats / Vacancies open.

The form comprises of 6 Parts, i.e. Student Details, Parents Details, Alumni Details, Sibling Details, Documents Uploading and Declaration.

You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documents Stage. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready, before starting to fill the form.
