The application process involves sending an OTP for verification to your personal e-mail ID and mobile phone, therefore make sure you have proper network on your mobile phone and your e-mail account is active.

Once the entire process is complete, you will receive a confirmatory e-mail.

Any incorrect or wrong information provided for the purpose of application of your ward may result in cancellation of application and the application fee towards this application will not be refunded.
