I/We, the parent(s)/guardian(s) of the applicant, hereby declare and undertake that:
Please read all instructions carefully before filling out the Online Registration Form.
The Admission Form must be completed in all respects, and all information provided therein must be true and correct. In the event of any false statement, omission, misrepresentation, or discrepancy, GitaRam Group reserves the right to reject or cancel the Admission Form and/or revoke the admission, as applicable.
The submission of the Admission Form does not guarantee admission to GitaRam Group of Schools.
If admission is granted, all admission-related formalities, including the payment of the prescribed fees, must be completed within the stipulated period. Failure to do so shall result in the cancellation of the Offer of Admission.
The fees deposited at the time of admission are non-refundable, even if the student is withdrawn after admission without attending a single day of school.
No recommendation or influence concerning admission shall be entertained. Any recommendation received on behalf of the applicant may result in the disqualification of the Admission Form.
The School may revise its fee structure annually.
The Security Deposit, after adjustment of any outstanding dues or liabilities, shall be refunded only when the student permanently withdraws from the School, subject to the applicable rules and procedures.
The Admission Form constitutes only a request for admission and does not impose any obligation upon the School authorities to admit the applicant.
Parents/guardians authorize GitaRam Group to use photographs, videos, academic or extracurricular achievements, artwork, projects, and other work of the student for official publications, newsletters, the website, social media platforms, and other promotional or educational purposes.
In the event of any concern, grievance, or dispute, parents/guardians shall first approach the appropriate School authorities directly and provide the School with a reasonable opportunity to address the matter.
Parents/guardians certify that the date of birth and spelling of the student's name provided in the Admission Form are correct. Any request for modification at a later stage shall be considered only upon the submission of duly sworn and relevant documents as prescribed by the School.
Parents/guardians declare that the applicant is medically fit to attend GitaRam Group of Schools and undertake to disclose any medical condition, allergy, disability, or special requirement relevant to the student's health, safety, or well-being.
