I, the undersigned parent/guardian of my ward, hereby declare that I have read, understood, and agree to
abide by the following terms and conditions related to sports allotment for the academic session 2026–27:
Sports allotment will be done strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability in
each sport.
Seat availability varies from sport to sport, depending on infrastructure and coaching capacity.
If seats in Choice 1 are filled, my ward will automatically be considered for Choice 2. If Choice 2 is also
full, consideration will move to Choice 3, and so on.
Once a sport is allotted, no change will be permitted mid-session under any circumstances.
My ward is required to attend all coaching and practice sessions regularly and adhere to discipline,
punctuality, and school sports guidelines.
The school will provide basic sports equipment required for training during coaching sessions. Students
may be required to arrange personal protective gear, if applicable.
I understand and accept that the final decision regarding sports allotment rests solely with the school
authorities, and the same shall be binding.
